    **updated due to a falsified response from the business** My “boyfriends relative”- my mother in law, a Marine veteran, approved the communication to be done through me as we are renting to own the home in question. I have an order form, down to the color of siding, signed and dated by a three rivers employee, an insurance check written to Three Rivers, and an install date. For this company to respond and make these claims is disgusting. There is absolutely no integrity to be found here. I have also been contacted by another individual who I do not know who was in the same situation as me wondering how I was able to get out of the contract. From start to cancellation, over a year in the making, Three Rivers Contracting has been nothing short of a nightmare to work with. Three Rivers had been handling our claim since the spring of 2021 and made no repairs to our home, the contract was canceled August 2022 after I was yelled at on the phone and hung up on for questioning what was taking so long. I would do all of the work myself before ever considering using Three Rivers. Communication with anyone in this organization is a hassle, they will not return your messages. Avoid at all costs.
