From the first meeting to installation and follow-up, our experience with the iSolar team was fantastic. The installers were polite and respectful. They clearly knew what they were doing. We were given updates and reminders as the process moved forward. Everything was up and running as they had described. We couldn’t be happier.
After spending a lot of time researching and getting quotes from several companies, we chose iSolar to install our solar panel array. Their customer service and willingness to educate and explain without being pushy and sales oriented was head and shoulders above any of the other companies with whom I spoke. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were pleasant and amazingly efficient during the installation. I highly recommend that you work with them if you are looking to get your own solar panels!
We worked with the team at ISolar to add 13 additional panels to our system this summer. We're so grateful for Ryan and team's consistent response, competitive pricing and true professionalism. Our install was challenging in some ways in pairing the new array with the original 12 panel array along with an existing Tesla Powerwall, but they made it happen. Going solar was something I always wanted to do and iSolar made it a wonderful experience. I met with several solar providers but iSolar offered the best price. At no time in the process did I feel like I was pressured to purchase or locked into an agreement. That was very important to me. My sales rep., Justin, answered all my questions and concerns. He responded promptly to my emails, even at odd times of the day. I was kept informed of the process with Xcel Energy. Ryan explained the process clearly from application and to installations. He guided me through the software used to monitor my power generation. Once approved, the handover to the installers was smooth. They were on time and cleaned up once they were done. Excellent job!
We had a very positive experience with the professionals at iSolar. In what can be a very complex and major financial decision for a homeowner, they walk you through step by step very well. From their initial proposal which clearly stated all of the details, to the signing of documents with the utility, to the excitement of "going live" and watching it work on the mobile app it was a great investment in our property. iSolar installed our panels 10 months ago & we have had nothing but good experiences with them. I have emailed a few times with questions & always received a quick, honest, logical, and respectful response. The installers were quick, kind, and clean. I highly recommend iSolar.
