Evan was great 👍 He went above and beyond to chase down the compressor for the repair, which allowed him to keep the Original date for the repair. He was fast and efficient and had our refrigerator working within 90 minutes. We had ice cubes in 3 hrs.! I'm so glad we hired Omega to fix the frig. Instead of buying a new one. Great service, highly recommend them 👍

James, a repair person from Omega Force Appliance Repair, did an excellent job in determining what was needed for our freezer that malfunctioned. Our refrigerator/freezer is new and the cost was covered under warranty. James is pleasant, trustworthy, efficient, and had our freezer repaired quickly. I would recommend James and Omega Force Appliance Repair to do the job right. In particular, if we needed a repair done again, I would request James to be the person to do our repair.

This is the 2nd time I've used Omega and both have been great. Was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to fix our issue at what I think was a reasonable price.

Mark was phenomenal. Best service technician we’ve ever had, period. Courteous, knowledgeable and went far above and beyond what we expected to repair our oven. We will never use anyone other than Omega in the future.

Nate was the absolute best. My dryer went out while I had company coming to stay for the holiday. Nate was able to diagnose and get the repair done all in one day. I absolutely recommend Omega. Thank you so much team!

We had been trying to find someone to service our Liebherr refrigerator for some time without success. I found Omega Force was highly reviewed and contacted them. I got a response almost immediately and an appointment a couple days later. Our technician was awesome. Very communicative, timely and skilled. He was able to sort out and fix the problem in no time. We would happily call on this team again!

Colin did an excellent job diagnosing and then repairing our washing machine. A part was ordered so this was a two-visit job. We were told when to expect Colin and he arrived promptly within the “window!”

Adam was on time and very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Adam. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my ovens the same day! Tammy also was able to get Adam scheduled right away for the following morning after my call!

Out tech Nate was polite and professional. He got our dryer fixed up in a timely manner. I would definitely hope to have him back for future appliance repair needs!

We were Hyrum's last call of the day and he was running late. He took time to call me and reassure me that he was still coming to address my needs and apologized for being late. Once he arrived he quickly identified the issue. He did not have the part he needed in his vehicle, so he took the extra time to go out and purchase the needed part. He soon was able to repair my machine and off he went. One thing I told him I admired was that he remained calm and patient, at least on the outside, during his time at my home. Hyrum is a good repair man and a good representative of his company.

I have had a totally positive experience with Omega Force Appliance Repair. It is easy to schedule an appointment and they give a 2 hour window in which they will come. Tanner, the technician who came to work on our range, was polite and patient with explaining his assessment & plan of repair.

I had a great experience with Omega Force Appliance Repair. They came out and diagnosed the problem right away, with my washing machine. They ordered the part within a week or two. Then they came back repaired my machine and it's been working great since.

Nate was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. Very kind as well. I had another place come out and tell me my fridge ice and water dispenser weren’t working because of my water, even though my city does not have hard water. Nate fixed it no problem. I’d recommend him and Omega Force to anyone!

Mark did an excellent job installing the new gaskets around the door of my refrigerator. He came out to assess the problem and give me a quote for the work. It was a surprising lu expensive repair, but I know the-rice charged was fair since I had checked with one or two other replacement sources and found that their prices were all within a few dollars of one another.
Having established that we were going ahead with Mark, he then made an appointment for just a couple of days later to do the installation.
He arrived right on time and within a couple of hours, the job was done, with no mess or cleanup for me to do.
Mark was friendly, efficient and did excellent work. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair work.

We had our dryer, under the extended warrenty, fixed by Omega Force amd were so impressed with their service that we called them when we started having issues with our dishwasher. They are incredibly responsive and had someone out the next day. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are very upfront about explaining what is wrong and what the cost will be. We.needed a new motor and Adam gave us the time to discuss what we wanted to do (replace vs buying a new dishwasher). Adam was super knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and patiently answered all of our questions. We will continue to use Omega Force for our appliance repair needs.

Collin was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. As I provided ‘symptoms’ for my screeching dryer, he had an idea of the issue and came prepared with to handle the issue.
He thoroughly explained the warranty on their work. The dryer was fixed and maintained (greased where necessary).

My only negative comment I have was the lint that was left behind on the floor that I had to clean up. I like to use the motto, leave a place (outdoors for instance) better than when you arrived, ie “Leave no trace”.

I would use your service and welcome Collin again if I have any further issues.

Erik was here and had the dryer fixed within 4 hours of when we called. Hard to beat that. Service was definitely NOT cheap, but probably within reason. We'll call Omega Force if we need appliance service again.

Thank you for diagnosing the dishwasher issue! The diagnosis was accurate - the water was the issue and it turned out our water softener wasn't working properly so we had hard water running through the house. Once we treated the water, the dishwasher started working properly. I really appreciate the help with this issue - thank you!

I was connected to Omega Force through a warranty company. They scheduled an appointment quickly and Lucas was very friendly, and explained the issue. It wasn't what the warranty company said/sent parts for. Lucas put in the order for the correct parts and came back as soon as they arrived. The repair was done quickly and my washing machine is back in working order!

Omega was very easy to deal with and quick to respond. Had a washing machine issue and Luke did great job. Polite and respectful of property.
