I'm sorry if you are a resident of the City of Saint Paul and have them as your garbage company.
TIP: They do not put dates on their invoices, so if they are saying you are past due, and you mailed your check, I'm sure you're fine because I swear they send out late notices before it's *actually* late.
TIP 2: If you really need to contact them, allow for 30+ minutes of hold time. I have never once completed a phone call with them on my break.
TIP 2A: If you are given the option, you can have them call you back; HOWEVER, there is a chance they will not return your call. This has also happened to me.TIP 3: There is always email correspondence as well. I have had my questions answered via email, but given their track record, you must be diligent and follow up.
SINCE IT IS NOT YOUR CHOICE WHO YOUR PROVIDER IS, I'm glad I can at least share my experiences with you. I would have hired another company immediately because they can't even grasp basic billing and or customer service.
*Note* My actual garbage man seems very nice and pleasant*

It’s expensive and not always reliable with pick ups but they have yard waste and recycling

Do not do business with this company. They failed to pick my trash up for 3 weeks. I called to informed them that our stop was missed for the past 3 weeks now. Customer service was rude and interrupted me several times during the complaint call. I told them since they failed to pick up our trash, we have extra bags laying around and that those needed to be picked up as well. The customer service representative stated that she will put a note in those have the extra bags picked up and for us not to worry about it. The following day, I checked outside and I see they picked up our bin but still have not picked up the extra bags. I called again to complain and before I can even start talking, I get cut off with the "it's not our fault" blabber. The representative told me that since I had too many extra bags they were going to charge me per bag. I responded with no and canceled my contract with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.
