Gorgeous place to look around, huge variety of plants & gardening supplies, friendly service. I feel privileged to have them in my neighborhood!

Great lil garden shop, limited parking. Excellent selection from flowers to herbs to pots and accessories. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This is where we buy our Sod, Mulch and dirt for our clients that live in and around the Highland area of St. Paul. Chuck and his staff at the Landscape yard know their stuff and help us out with what we need.
SO you pay a little more but its local and the people that work there and know what they are talking about. Unlike the big stores where people are there to get a paycheck and don't know anything else.

The parking lot is small, but for a relatively small garden center, they had a great selection of both plants and seeds for our vegetable garden. We bought bell peppers, melon, tomatoes, zucchini, and strawberry plants, as well as multiple seed packets.

I was gifted a live hairpiece for my wedding, I gave Mari a few specifics - colors, Pinterest inspo and size request... it turned out perfectly beautiful! It was the perfect finishing touch for my bridal decor that day - thank you!

They offer a huge selection for any garden ideas that you can think of and the customer service is professional and quality. If you can't find it there they will help you with figuring it out. I can't wait to see them again

FACT- Leitner's is the best garden center in St Paul. I have been shopping there for over a decade. They always seem to have interesting items I don't find elsewhere, at an affordable price, but more than that...the staff is very supportive and isn't afraid to give input when asked. These people are great and St Paul is lucky to them.

The selection of plants is not very big, although the ones they have are in good condition. They do have bags of different kinds of soil available at decent prices and their selection of garden tools is complete. So, definitely recommend for soil, tools, and seasonal stuff like roses and halloween pumpkins.

Love ❤️ this place. Helpful and full service. They even make up your flower pots/boxes. Very knowledgeable and have unique plants as well as new plants. Been going there over 20 years. Many plants that are comfortable from my childhood.

Great little place, with lots of unique house plants. Folks there are super helpful and super knowledgeable about plants and taking care of plants. Got some new stuff that I hadn't seen before! Go check it out great local store!

Just stopped in to pickup some rocks for the garden and ran over the edge of a pallet which caused a flat tire. Your staff changed the tire for me and even made sure the tire pressure was okay. We can not say enough about how helpful and polite your employees are. What a pleasure and privilege it was to deal with people like that. You are very fortunate to have such wonderful people working for you. They will all be in our prayers to night.

My Mom really digs this nursery! Super easy shopping, highest quality green things for outdoor displays. Fresh up to date designer plantings for indoors. Huge piles of split firewood for sale. Helpful attentive staff.

this gem of a garden center is so lovely to walk through. the selections are exactly what we need every Spring/Summer!

I had such a wonderful experience with Leitners. I'm a Minnesotan at heart, living in Arizona temporarily. It's hard to find certain rare houseplants I want for my collection. Leitners was able to special order a Thai Constellation Monstera for me. They had it in the shop for me to pick up before I flew back to Arizona, within a few days. They communicated to me when they got it. All around, an extremely pleasant experience buying from them. My Thai is doing great, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Leitners to garden enthusiasts, houseplant enthusiasts, and all of the like.

Super friendly place with many indoor and outdoor plants and vegetables that are clearly well taken care of. I'll be back to buy my annual flowers and tomatoes when I'm ready to plant.

Spent $150 dollars inside for a garden, had car trouble in the parking lot and couldn’t move my car. Asked the manager if I could leave it in the lot til 7 am the next morning when I could have it towed and she acted like I asked her for a kidney. Very rude condescending and unhelpful woman. Watched as I pushed it into the street by myself because god forbid I take up a spot. Mind you they were closing soon.. car would’ve been there for 2 business hours. Really terrible way to do business and treat the community. Neither myself or anyone from my urban gardening non profit will spend another dime here.

I randomly found this place one day and I keep coming back! A great selection and knowledgeable staff make shopping here a wonderful experience!

the staff here are AMAZING!! so kind and helpful! plus they are dog friendly and even gave my pup treats!! they had a good selection of pumpkins and a good selection/range of house plants, including some more “rare” plants!

Love this little shop! Very fair prices on everything they carry. Good selection of pottery without being overwhelming, they don't have a ton of houseplants but the selection is carefully curated and unique. I mentioned the fair pricing but I'm going to mention it again for the plants themselves. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing prices for the plants they had. Lithops, Monstera Adansonii, String of Hearts and so many more sought after plants all under 30 and super healthy and big.

This is one of my two favorite garden stores in St Paul- the staff are so pleasant and helpful and there's a nice variety of plants to peruse. It's got an awesome atmosphere and I love to shop there!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Once upon a time, I was looking for a new hanging a pothos plant. I called them while someone was out buying plants, and she picked out a gorgeous one for me. That kind of customer service cannot be beat. Not to mention, they always have a beautiful selection of plants!
