This for the negativity 1. if the parking lots were completely no cars be a lot less banging(no back dragging) 2. We have to work all night because you are not the only customer we have and we thrive too try too keep all customers happy

Do Not go with these guys. We gave them a bunch of accounts for landscaping for Link Logisitics locations in MN. They never showed up to service and was unresponsive to emails and calls these accounts could have gone to another vendor.

Do not hire this company for snow removal. The condo building I live in recently used them. They show up at all hours of the night with loud bobcats banging them around, reverse beeps, trucks etc and go out of there way to make very excessive distributive noise. Clearly this company has no common sense to not perform this work during normal hours. Would not recommend unless you want to be tortured in the middle of the night by loud banging noises and constant beeps.

The WORST snow removal company I have ever seen!!!!
They don't plow until AFTER the snow stops. They won't do "clean outs" of property lots until 4 to 5 days AFTER a major snowfall. And communication with the company is horrible. I've worked with multiple snow removal companies in the last 15 years and would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!
They take on more more clients and contacts than they can handle.

You will be disappointed in the Village Green service for snow removal. They use layers of salt instead of actually shoveling the sidewalk. There's more salt than snow. Gets throughout the building and ruins floors and carpeting. Maybe they could improve by offering no cost floor cleanup once or twice a week.

Great company to do business with. Highly recommend them. Won't be disappointed.

We were a four year client of theirs on the commercial side. They performed our annual outdoor services, snow plowing, salting, mowing, sprinkler blowout and start up along with spring and fall clean up. I called to enquire where my snow plow renewal contract was as we had not reviewed it yet and we usually received it by September every year previous. I was contacted by their operations manager on Tuesday and he said he was unsure what was going on but he did save a slot for me so it wouldn’t be an issue and he would follow up with me the next day. I did receive a call from him only to be told that they would not be renewing my contract with no explanation aside from we’re short on staff and the owner and GM said they just can’t do it. It’s important to say that I referred them multiple commercial retail clients that happen to be my business partners yet none of them had their contracts canceled. So I guess the moral of this review is, when you are perceived as the little guy you don’t matter even if you have provided them 18 commercial accounts. Neither the owner or the GM are willing to provide me with an explanation. So before you even consider contacting this company for any service ask yourself will you get the rug pulled out from under you four days before it snows? Just because you are a small business. It’s also important to say that what I mean by small business I have five locations. Extremely unprofessional and what they need to realize is I assist in making the decisions for several of my business partners on their snow removal and grounds keeping. We are actively looking to replace them in every account. Next time you might think twice about your customer service. We will gratefully help you with your employee shortage by canceling every one of our accounts with you.

Kaiyn Nottingham with Village Green Lanscapes is an excellent Project Manager and Sales consultant! He didn't shy away from the HOA I live in, was clear, concise, and provided required licenses and insurance certificates timely. He drew up the required proposal, illustrated easy to read drawings, specs, & outlined all costs and materials quicky, and professionally. This allowed me to get my architectural request approved without any back and forth snags by the property management company. He coordinated with the city, cable and utilities to put markers out within a day of each other ensuring work could start as planned.
The estimate for the start of work worked well, was fair, and although we had lots of rain causing some delays, his crew was top notch and very friendly and efficient.
The end result is a large, beautiful, new paver patio in a random pattern, that really opened up my space using earth tones called Shore that looks elegant and has a nice cobblestone charm. It sits adjacent to the new clean, minimal landscape design installed, that takes on a fabulous, less is more approach for my space, and it turned out very well. My neighbor asked me for the name of the company as they may put in a similar patio now. I've had many compliments from others too and my family is thrilled with it. I needed a pop up drain tile put in where an existing downspout was not positioned well, and buried in an area near many tree roots post work. Kaiyn was able to get this new project proposal drawn up, & quickly approved as well, and scheduled and installed it within 30 days. Hire Kaiyn for your landscaping projects He's the best of the best.
