I reached out to customer service, and Santiago responded almost immediately, was incredibly kind and understanding, and processed my refund with no hassle at all. Even though I wasn’t able to use their cleaning services, I was really impressed by the professionalism, communication, and customer care. Great experience overall!

Maid In Town was fantastic for our move in cleaning! We had asked to place particular attention to the kitchen and they did a fantastic job with it - the fridge was spotless and odorless and the cabinet interior was wiped clean. Would certainly recommend them if needing a thorough deep clean!

I recently hired Made in Town for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team was extremely polite, professional, and very thorough. They took extra time to make sure every corner of the house was spotless, and the result was amazing – my home looked sparkling clean.

What I appreciated the most was their use of 100% organic products, which is very important to me because I have an 18-year-old diabetic dog. They were very careful and considerate, making sure everything was safe for him, which gave me great peace of mind.

Maid in Town was a great find! They came promptly, had a clear checklist for what they would do and worked around me while I work at home. I chose them particularly because they don’t use harsh cleaning chemicals (which can give me a headache). They leave my house clean and smelling great!

They are fantastic! They do an incredible job. Thorough cleaning, very efficient, great price, and were very accommodating of our pets. We've had other cleaners in the city and these folks do the best job. Can't recommend them enough.

My Zerorez tech, Matt, was great! He has a great attitude and was fun to talk to. I asked to see how dirty the water was after he cleaned. (See pics.) My place smells so fresh and my couch looks brand new again. (No more eating in front of the TV, right? ) Thrilled with the results!
