He did an awesome job! We had 3 rooms , walk in closet, 2 sets of 3 stairs and a flight of stairs. The technician was professional and polite. We've used them before and will do again

Alex came early to my appointment and was super friendly and professional! I loved that he hid excited with results as he was cleaning my carpets- he got me excited as well before they were even finished. Highly recommend these guys! Affordable and great results!

Technician was timely, explained the service, options to consider, was patient with questions and was very personable and professional. Most importantly the carpets look fantastic. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends and will use them again down the line.

We use Zerorez twice a year and we're always pleased with the job! Last time Jack was or tech and this time (today) Justin came. Both were really terrific people to deal with, informative about our carpet conditions and had wonderfully positive attitudes. The job took less than an hour for two rooms, stairs and hallway, and it all looks great! Would definitely recommend!

My carpet has got to be around 20 years old. I have lived in the house 10 years and have never had the carpet professionally cleaned. Daryl was efficient and my carpet looks SO good! He was even able to remove the nasty candle wax stain that was set-in. I am so impressed with the way my carpet turned out, I will certainly be calling them again soon for the rest of the house!

Zerorez took on grout cleaning, that I tried to clean 5 times- 5 different ways, in a bathroom and returned it back to its normal state! Plus they cleaned the Room and Board sectional that had mysterious white spots on it…. It looks brand new again! Thanks! Fast, easy to book, and got everything taken care of.

Dominique was outstanding. Very cognizant and cautious of our new woodwork. ZeroreZ did an outstanding job on our carpets after our remodel. Perfect time to have them in to do the cleaning. Very professional and courteous.

Technician was polite and did not apply any pressure to purchase additional services. However, the job was subpar. I brought up an issue of remaining areas that were not clean and the reply was "Oh those spots wont come out". Didn't even look to see what/where I was talking about. The picture is of a towel I rubbed over some of the areas, doesn't look to clean. Not looking for perfection here but maybe some effort to do a decent job. I've used Zerorez several times in the past and have not had an issue. The future may not look too good.

Great job! Emily gave us a 20-minute warning and was right on time. We went over the job and she explained what was possible and what might not be. She got right to work amd everything looks great! The sofa looks better than I thought it could. She cleaned up quickly and reviewed the instructions she gave us before she cleaned up amd was on her way. Very nice woman.

Scheduling was easier than I expected and it was less expensive than I expected and the results better than expected. The technician was super kind and really made the experience fast and easy. Stains that thought were never coming out are gone. It feels like a new home. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely have ZeroRez back in the future.

Bryce was great! Showed up on time (actually a little early, but communicated that), walked me through the process and then went right to work. Results were excellent! He offered options for additional services but without any slick “salesman speak” or pressure. End to end it was a positive experience. And my old carpets look fabulous!

Darryl (sp?) was fantastic! He got out stains I had no hope for and worked out a great deal too!

Unstable to give any star at all. It forced me to put star on otherwise I can't post this review. Very disappointed about the service and technician, Devin. Before he clean, he alredy refused to clean the 4 chairs. He said if he clean the chair, the stain will be still there. 3 of the chairs don't have any stains or dirt on them. He still refused to do them. Although, he did the pre-treatment to the carpet, but the stains are still there. He made excuse that the carpet is too old. They probably only use only water and steam. That's why he knows that the chairs can't clean up the stains. It's not what their video and pre and post clean carpet pictures show. They are faulty advertising. I told my neighbors about his poor job.

Jack was our carpet cleaner and he was wonderful. Great communicator, kind, and is meticulous in his work.

We had ZeroRez come out today to clean our carpeted stairways, and Larry did a fantastic job.

Stairs are one of those areas that get worn down fast and are almost impossible to keep looking clean — but he completely brought them back to life. The carpet looks brighter, the traffic wear is gone, and the whole staircase feels fresh again.

Larry was friendly, professional, and efficient. He walked us through the process, answered our questions, and was very respectful of our home while working. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about the result.

Really happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez and would gladly have Larry back again.

Keith was very knowledgeable. Gave us some great tips to extend the life of our newer carpet. Also did a great job cleaning the carpet and cleaning up after himself. We will definitely be using them again.

I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment Kenneth arrived, it was clear that professionalism was his top priority. The level of hard work and dedication to his craft was evident throughout the service. My carpets have never looked better! Not only did he remove stains I thought would never budge, but he also left my home smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Larry was amazing! Courteous and professional and honest about what stains could and could not be removed. The carpet looks much better and there is a fresher smell throughout the house.

We were pretty disappointed. Our realtor had a phenomenal experience & recommended them. Tech seemed nice and professional but there was no visible difference. We were hoping ZeroRez would help us get our home picture ready. We would not recommend.

Zerorez did a really good job this morning cleaning our carpets. The Service Technician called ahead as promised, arrived on time and was efficient and thorough.
