Being my wife decided that we need a central air conditioning. Since our furnace was getting up there in age we decided to replace that as well. We hired snelling for the job.
Even though our furnace was old it heated my upstairs fine. Now since they talked me into downsizing units my upstairs is extremely cold in the winter time and hot in the summertime. It was a waste of money I would never hire them for anything. I tried to work it out with them but they just made excuses, my house is too old, My ductwork is not up to modern standards. Funny how it works before. They said we'd be glad to make everything comfortable by putting a separate unit upstairs. The separate unit cost around $2,500 after I already spent $10,000.
I really got ripped off it's probably going to cost me that $2,500 to 5000 to get my house fixed to where it's comfortable.

After getting perhaps too many bids to replace electric breaker panels as required by insurance, Snelling Company's pricing was competitive, yet very fair, for a somewhat elaborate and complicated project. The master electrician, Joe, formulated a good plan to get a lot done quickly to inconvenience as few households the least possible while power was off for the project, and he led his small team of journeyman and apprentice very well to execute the job efficiently. His team of Mike and Chris followed Joe's lead well and respect his well-organized expertise. They were all very professional, cordial, friendly, and I felt comfortable about trusting them and those I'm responsible for, just as we knew we could trust their competence in completing the big job that could've otherwise been dragged out with a lot more inconvenience and expense.
After all of the companies and electricians that were met with, we’re glad we chose to go with the company who'd first responded to our call the next after they were called (Alex), and most quickly had a bid for us - and whom also dealt well with what could've been an onerous new regulation and energy company rule which some others simply used as an excuse to try to charge a lot more or walk away from the project.
Overall, we are very grateful for how Snelling handled all matters to resolve a very stressful major infrastructure replacement - and the job looks great! If we have to hire an electrician again, the list of those whom we’d call to help is now very, very short - and Snelling would probably be the one to quickly come to the electrical rescue again.

Snelling Company has been the provider for all of our heating and cooling needs for over a decade. This includes a boiler, water heater and ductless cooling system. They also perform annual maintenance on all of our systems. Technicians and staff are always prompt, professional and courteous. They've earned our trust, and we would recommend them to anyone!

We had a very positive experience working with Snelling from the diagnosis of the issue (which was done successfully over the phone, over a holiday, and during a high demand cold snap with a phone call and a few texted photos!) to the install and maintenance. We had great customer service throughout. The technician that helped with the install did a thorough job. He was technically sound and not a high pressure sales person. This was a breathe of fresh air after dealing with larger companies that seem more focused on up-selling services and products.

Snelling Company folks installed a new air conditioner in my home after the old one had a leak. The whole process of getting the new one picked out and installed went smoothly. Snelling staff answered my questions and explained things in a clear manner. We appreciated the Sales Associate’s low pressure sales approach. We are very happy with the choices he helped us make, and the price. We also engaged Snelling Company to re-wire a bedroom we completely remodeled. Their bid was very reasonable. During the project we encountered several challenges posed by our 1890 house. Joe the Master Electrician had great problem-solving skills and a superb memory for the details of the project. He also provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

They try to tune up my furnace, but they found my furnace have overheating issue, they diagnosis the blower is dirty cause the issue, they charge me $505 to clean it, but still not fix the issue, and then later, they recommend me to contact sale person to replace furnace.

I found another company did second opinion for my furnace, another company trouble-shooting for 2 hours and finally resolve the issue, save a big money from replacing furnace.

I try to talk to Snelling Heating company, technician did something but nothing fix which mean technician not very knowledgeable, but the manager told me his team did perfect job, but the true is nothing resolve and charge me a lot of money, I am really mad that how he can say his team did perfect job. Actually another company resolved issue.

The technician was super friendly, willing to educate me, on time, and very efficient! Definitely will use them again!

The 4- man installation crew was very professional and did a great job with a difficult install, due to the layout of our house. We are very happy with all aspects of this company. Our experience with Snelling began with a broken AC unit (isn't that how it usually starts, with a problem??? :)). The HVAC repair professional they sent was very knowledgable and helpful. He was very honest & gave us several options. He got our unit up and running that day! With the unit being 19 years old, we ultimately decided to replace it.
Drew, our Sales Representative was also very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, thorough and super great to work with. Once we decided which unit was right for us Drew arranged for order and installation (in a very timely manner).

Affordable, down to earth, and quite responsive. We didn't need a wildly expensive new furnace when ours needed replacement, and the sales team was supportive of that. Never once did I feel pressured to get something I didn't want or need. I'm quite satisfied with my new furnace / heat-pump combo and the installation process that went with it.
