RTD (Roof-to-Deck) has been maintaining our deck for the last 20 years and for good reason; quality work. The deck continues to look great, wood is well cared for and the workers are very sensitive to getting it right and maintaining the protection of the surrounding areas of our home and yard. I love the follow up and extra bottle of stain - if needed! Thanks RTD!

RTD Services has done my Christmas lighting for three years. They have been reliable with scheduling the putting up and taking down of the lights. I have been especial pleased with the care they take with the lights and wire placement. Everything is neat and tidy.

February 8, 2025, this is the third plow event announced by RTD for this year and they skipped my and my neighbors driveway by when they declared they had completed today's plowing. the first plowing of this year was not the same quality and very late in the day as from experienced previous years I have contracted with them. This year's second plowing event was at a more expected timing but also of lower quality than historically experienced. I do not know why this year RTD is doing so poorly but unless I see improvement I will be looking for a new plowing service in 2025-2026.

RTD does my Deck, fence, Roof and Holiday lighting! They are responsive and friendly! Excellent work! I will continue to use them! I would hire them for other services if they did them!!

Great communication about service schedule and potential delays. All the guys who were here working on the house were professional and friendly. They did a beautiful job. The house exterior is like new.

We have used Roof To Deck twice now: First in 2018, and again in September 2024 to refresh our up-facing deck boards. They cleaned and brightened those top surfaces first, then returned for applying the stain. We had a concern about the resulting color which seemed lighter than the last time, so they promptly came out and fixed our concerns. It looks great! Whatever caused the issue, they acted like professionals and made me happy! The bottom line -- if I still live here in several years, I plan to use them again. Thanks guys!

RTD Services did a fine job once we got on the schedule. The same gentleman who did the cleaning came back to do the finishing work and it came out better than he expected! We're pleased.

Several of us in our neighborhood have used RTD for snow removal services for years. We get a discounted rate because we all sign up as neighbors in the 55113 zip code area. They get out and clear our driveways after the snow is over or close to being over. They let us know their plan with an email and they also post on X/Twitter. This service makes winter life quite a lot easier!

The RTD Services power washing team has been excellent to work with! They have been washing our buses every other week for just over a year now. Their techs are always on time, courteous and do a fantastic job washing. Their sales team has been flexible with scheduling and have answered all my questions in a timely manner. RTD Service also took over our snow plowing this winter, they have done an excellent job with that service too. I would totally recommend RTD Services!

I have had RTD re-stain my deck (300 sq feet) now at least 3 times. Each time they have soaked the boards thoroughly with a high quality stain that tends to look great for a longer period of time than other stains I have used. The past two jobs, including this month, they returned to add more stain where needed for some tougher areas on the boards. I appreciate their professionalism and thorough follow-up and I do recommend them to my friends.
