This is the 2nd time having them come wash and stain our deck. They do a great job, leave the space clean, our deck looks great, and the stain lasts! They are easy to work with and have great customer service. We will be using them again next time we need our deck done.

Such a professional and friendly crew! They worked at a property I manage. Coming in with great energy and a smile, they went right to work. Confirmed with me the work order to complete, set up their equipment, and did the job efficiently. RTD power washed the upper portion of a 3-story building for us. This portion was covered in mildew and was very unsightly, but by the time RTD was done, the area was looking brand new! Great work RTD!

As a seasonal resident, I just completed my first winter visit and am extremely disappointed in the quality, promptness and utter lack of communication. They must know I've been away for the last three or four years and take me for a sucker.

We use RTD every year for holiday lighting. They light our 70 foot evergreen tree and it looks magnificent. Their service is outstanding and we've very happy. 6 years of continuous service.

Deck cleaning was very good. Deck staining, not so good. Paper thin initial coat (final coat as far as the workers were concerned) of stain looked terrible. Had to ask for second coat. Started noticing other areas after the crew left, so called and someone came out later but only touched up the worst of it. I figure, if you have call more than twice, the company's not too concerned with quality. Decided to finish the job myself and the supposed "sealed" deck sucked up 3 gallons of the same stain.
Their brochure says all the right things. Their actions say otherwise.
"Your decks old stain will be stripped...". "OH, this deck's stain doesn't require stripping ".
"We use a moisture meter to ensure dryness before staining...". ,"OH, we don't have a moisture meter with us today, but it looks good to us".
I would not recommend this company!

Travis did an exceptional job on our power washing and waterproofing. He worked so hard on our deck, two walking bridges, shed and wishing well. We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you again, TRAVIS!

RTD has missed my driveway twice in two weeks. Then I call, and never get a response. They said to email their office last night, which I did, and I’m still not plowed after 1:00 on Saturday.

Why is this service so bad that I have to do their quality control for them?

Great with Christmas decorations! Made my home look absolutely gorgeous. From the consult to installation to removal, the entire process was easy and enjoyable.

Dustin came out one day and did an amazing job pressure washing our deck. He came back and stained the deck. He was so professional, he is a true asset to the RTD company. Five Stars

For the most part you do a good job. But there are times where it looks like they just wet the truck and no soap my fuel tanks almost always still are dirty with the back of truck. So when you guys don't wash my truck I do go else where so my truck is almost always clean. Wish it was the same guy everytime you wash then it would be more on detail

RTD has done Christmas lights on our house two years in a row and the customer service is excellent! Everyone from the office to installers is amazing, professional, and shows great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend using them!

Jeff did an awesome job at my buildings, my customers were concerned with all the oil stains, Jeff got them all out and even sent us before and after photos. Highly recommend!

We used RTD to refinish a deck they had originally stained in 2024. The process was seamless and they delivered service on time. We will work with them again.

The ice dams came back that night and by the next day the ice dams were back to the original size, so it was a waste of a lot of money. They are extremely expensive and it is an extremely slow process so it's not worth it. The guys they sent were nice though.
