Scott was able to complete his assignment on the set date. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up the property when he completed taking all of the trees and ground down the stumps. He did everything we asked of him. We highly recommend this service and are happy to be a reference. Thank you!

Scott was amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and shared all the information about our tree that he had. He was even able to come the next day. We used Arborsmith at our last house and again at our new house. We will continue to use them whenever we need tree work!

Scott was courteous and great to deal with. I called, he came the next day to do an estimate which was reasonably priced. After we signed the contract, he did an amazing job. He was also careful about the surroundings. I will not hesitate to call him again for any future tree removal in my property.

Scott and his crew were fast and courteous and took great care of our property. They cleaned up afterwards and we were very happy with the awesome work they did.

We had a cracked large tree that was intertwined with multiple power lines. Scott and his coworker did a great job with meticulous planning. They cleaned up little branches and leaves and put back our backyard furnitures the way they were with care. The only thing was the lack of communication when they could come over. They were very busy so we have not heard back from them for a few weeks after we received a quote. We were about to find another tree removal business, but we finally heard from Scott. We are glad we waited for him, but it would have been reassuring to hear from him time to time of his plan so that we know he didn’t forget about us. Overall, we are very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. No one show up the first time reschedule for the next day, no one show up again. Waste of my time! Better to look somewhere else.

They came out in a timely manor. Removed a huge elm not damaging anything. Their clean up was impeccable.. I would use them again.

10/15/18 I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MARTIN AND HIS CREW. HE SAID HIS OFFICE STAFF (CASSIE) WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE THE REMOVAL OF A TREE AND TRIM SOME LILACS. SHE CALLED ONE HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP. THEY CUT DOWN THE TREE AND WERE SUPPOSED TO NEATLY STACK UP THE WOOD BUT INSTEAD JUST THREW THEM IN A PILE. THE LILACS WEREN'T TRIMMED EVENLY AND HE STATED THAT HE WANTED TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO CUT ANYMORE OFF, SO THEY WOULD COME BACK IN THE SPRING. I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE YARD CLEANED UP (LEAVES AND BRUSH FROM THEIR JOB) AND HE SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD RETURN AT THE END OF THE DAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER MY PHONE CALL FOR TWO DAYS. WEDNESDAY 10/17/18 WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED, CASSIE SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE STOPPING OUT TODAY BUT STILL NO ONE SHOWED UP. THEY WON'T ANSWER TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS. THEY CASHED MY CHECK. ALSO MARTIN, I HAVE YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE INFORMATION SO I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT SO THAT NO ONE ELSE GETS SCAMMED. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Tree removal was phenomenal! Called for an emergency service and they were here immediately.

Had a large dead tree between two buildings that I was not qualified to handle. Thanks to these guys both buildings are intact and the tree and stump were safely removed.

Monday Oct 8 called them about a large limb that had been broken in a recent storm and dangerously hanging up in our Maple. The person I talked to said they could have someone come out Thursday Oct 11 and give an estimate. Never heard from them, so on the night of the 11th called Ivans Tree service and they literally came out a day and a half later and fixed the problem.

I called this place a few weeks ago and spoke with someone to set up an estimate. A man called me back the next day from another number, and another company. I dont know if they just send your info all over the place or if there is someone scalping jobs within the crew or what. Anyways, two weeks of run arounds due to weather and poor communications and the dude who finally came out to cut the trees from "Eager Beaver" NOT St Paul Tree Care (the company matching this google info, and the number I originally scheduled the estimate through)... didnt even have insurance. What a waste of time.

Great costumer service! These guys did an outstanding job over at my Mother's house, she needed several trees to be trimmed and they gave her an affordable quote for the trees. Great Work guys!
