Spoke with Arborist Jim on Friday 4/22/22, we scheduled an appointment for Monday 4/25/22 at 9am for him to come out and assess my oak trees. My partner stayed home from work to speak with Jim about our oak trees. No call, no show. Called at 9:20am and left message to see if he would still be coming out. No call back. Called on Wednesday 4/27/22 left message to see if they still wanted my business, as I still need an arborist to assess my oak trees. Over a week later and zero response. Extremely disappointing. Horrendous customer service.

Arborsmith did a great job removing my dead ash tree. They cleaned up all of the branches. Pricing was very competitive.

Really happy with the removal of half of a Silver Maple ( A whole tree by it's self). Arborsmith has equipment that can fit through a gate and lift bigger logs. A two day job. Scott is easy to work with and knowledgeable about tree removal and preservation of.

Scott confirmed my White Pines had White Pine Blister Rust and needed to be removed. He also discovered Fire Blight in my Summercrisp Pear tree. He instructed me how to remove canker from another pear and cherry tree. He then very efficiently removed the trees and stumps. He did an excellent job of cleaning up and removing the trees.
