Best plumbers ever!!!! Fast, super smart, honest, and clean. I am a forever customer. Thank you so much for coming out so fast and fixing our plumbing.

My well pump was literally coming on every 10 seconds. When I called the plumber who had installed my pressure tank a few years ago, he said it was a bad check valve in the well itself and I should call a well driller to pull the submersible pump.

I decided to call Kramer and I'm glad I did. Owner/manager Rick agreed it was probably a bad heck valve in the well but they could install a check valve in the water line inside the house which would serve the same purpose. Unfortunately he couldn't send anyone for 2 days.

A few hours later Rick called to say he juggled jobs and he could have someone come the next day. When plumber Jerry came the next day, he determined beside the check valve problem, the bladder in the pressure tank had gone bad, too. Instead of holding any air pressure, the tank was "water logged", i.e. about 3/4 full of water!

Jerry installed a new tank and added the check valve in the water line and our system is working flawlessly again! The work was done perfectly and promptly and at a fair price. What else could I ask?!

By the way, there wasn't a cause-and-effect relationship between the two problems. It was a coincidence they happened simultaneously. The check valve in the well could have been failing gradually for some time but until the tank went bad, it might have taken longer for the water to leak back into the well. But once the tank became water logged, there was no place to for the water to be stored and so it was leaking back into the well immediately after the pump ran.

Christmas morning I found out there was a broken water line at one of my properties. I called several companies that offered emergency repair (24 hours) and Kramer was the only one that answered and was able to make it over there. The price was much lower than I expected it to be and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. I will use Kramer for all of my personal and business plumbing and heating concerns in the future. The guys at Kramer do a really good job and have great attention to detail. I had them do some work on a few projects in my home awhile back and it was all done better than I expected. Great communication from the plumber that was on site and very responsive from the office when I had questions. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Highly recommend! Frank was great over the phone with getting the appointment made quickly and understood all that needed to be done, very knowledgeable. Josh came out to do the work and he was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and fun with our 5 year old who thought he was too cool and wanted to give him a hug. He went above and beyond explaining the work through the process and keeping us updating. The work took a little longer than he probably had thought since our house is older and he was so patient and professional the whole time. Mike came to help him also and they made a good team. Thank you Guys, good work and good attitudes are often hard to come by these days, I will recommend you to anyone I know with a need!

I recently had the pleasure of using Kramer Mechanical Plumbing & Heating, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was truly excellent.

They are simply the best!

Superior place to call if you need plumbers with great workmanship and reasonable rates. The service tech immediately showed up to look at my leaking hot water heater after I called them. It ended up having a crack and needed to be replaced (17 yrs old), so we decided to bundle the job which included replacing a non-working water softener and a toilet. The service techs went above and beyond my expectations in order to get these projects completed quickly and efficiently in one trip. They were all professional, trustworthy and friendly....always kept me informed as to what was going on. All the areas they worked in, were spotless before they left. Thank you, Josh, Charlie, Clint and Frank.

After meeting with three other HVAC companies, all of whom said I needed a new air conditioner and coil for over $6,000, Rick Kramer had it fixed in 20 minutes. When I offered him a tip for the great service, he kindly refused because earlier I had mentioned to him that with my wedding coming up, a major expense like a new AC would be a real strain. Exceptional, on-time, and professional — truly above and beyond.
