Did a great job and not over priced. We had our furnace and ac replaced. Would recommend to anyone looking for new or repairs.

Northern Climate was the only HVAC business in the area to even take our call. We call the Emergency number at the company which installed our system and they didn't even pick up. Not only did Northern Climate pick up they responded to our needs within an hour and the heat was back on and running smoothly.

In general, our experience was nothing other than outstanding.

Northern Climate Experts came out and tuned up my entire HVAC system in my home and garage. Found a few small issues from original install (they did not do the original install) and got them addressed same day. Scheduling was easy and communication was perfect. Couldn't recommend them enough and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Northern Climate Experts is amazing! I called for service on the air conditioning unit for my elderly in-laws as it was not working on a 90+ degree summer day. They arrived within an hour of my call and fixed the problem! They also installed a new furnace in my home. They were extremely professional and did a great job!

Absolute great customer service! I called and they got someone to my house within a few hours. The even called and asked if I wanted sooner! I asked them to call 15 minutes before coming and they did! Jimmy was my technician and he got to my house and figured out the problem right away! Even explained a few things to me!! Nick is a great guy; super honest, wise beyond his years for sure and very fair!! He helped up in the 100 degree stretch last summer, another tech misdiagnosed the issue, told us it would be around $1,500 to fix the AC unit… Nick came in, within an hour had us back up and running and it was a $75 part! Then our brand new furnace acted up a few weeks ago, the installer did not pitch the venting enough and water got stuck in the drain pipe. 3 techs later, 5 days with little to no heat ($1,000 of parts replaced that didn’t fix anything) Nick comes in and saves the day (again!!) and had us up and running within 2 hours. He’s very thorough and honest, I will never call anyone else again!! Thank you again sir, you are the best! Safe yourself the headaches from others and go with Northern Climate Experts.

Nick and Jimmy came to my home within 24 hours of me calling to replace a regulator that caused a leak from our gas line into our home and did a great job replacing it! Great company and great people! Highly recommend these guys!

Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working, we called and set up and appointment for the next day - they showed up in the time window they said! 2 guys came out, one was Nick who was very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with our unit and had it fixed within 30 minutes! Also, the price was very reasonable. He also answered some lingering questions we had about temp settings. Thank you so much for fixing our A/C and we will definitely call these guys in the future! (and recommend them to others!)
