This is by far the most communicative company that I have ever worked with. They are always prompt and answer their phones. I love every one that works here.

They actually did a decent price cleaning our unit, but the cost for cleaning a 750 sq foot unit was over $350. An envelope of cash went missing as well. Not worth the price or the risk, in my opinion.

Although the service provided to remove my belongings due to eviction was HORRIBLE and doesn't deserve even 1 star, I had to give it 1 star in order to post my complaint. I don't know how you people consider this a "professional" company when all you did was bag up my items carelessly and damaged quite a few of my items. I'm sorry, but potted plants do NOT get packed with household decorations and important papers!!! I literally had to dig through potting soil to retrieve my items!! My son's copy of his official birth certificate were buried in the trash bag, my coffee pot was thrown in a bag with random items and shattered. Lucky I heard the broken glass as I was moving the trash bag BEFORE I reached my hand inside!!! I'm missing my dishes that were clean in the dishwasher, and several other household decor items that were given to me by a family member and meant a lot to me. My like new stainless steel crockpot was sitting on the dirty garage floor (where my items were stored) and had a dent in the side and the bottom part was broken and partially separated from the appliance with the wires exposed..did someone with no respect for other people's property, kick the dang thing in there like a soccer ball!?!?!!?? This is just the icing on the cake, there's more, trust me!!
I am truly upset at such disrespect and treatment that I was given. Maybe there's a couple bad apples that are employeed by your company that literally made fools of your business, your "professional" name...I'm hoping for your company's sake that the rest of your employees are not as irresponsible, especially after being charged $1,714.39 for what little "work" was done. $135 was for removal of wall items that consisted of removable wall stickers which were removed probably 10-15 minutes TOPS!
I'm sure your employees will remember the apartment at Elm Creek in Champlin, Mn. in April, and their bad behavior they provided...there's no excuse!! This isn't a joke, this is a disabled, single mother trying to get by and had an unfortunate event in her life. Shame on you!!!! Someone owes me at the LEAST an apology!!

After the first pest control we still found bugs and reported to the technician.
After the second one was done 2 weeks later we have again found the bugs and had a complaint. Now they are giving excuses and not accepting the responsibility.

The company was hired not by choice but were hited since the apartment management company insisted.
Now both the apartment management and the brothers are not accepting their responsibility!!

This service not worth the price done and are un reliable !!!

Very poor service!!!!

Brothers was contracted by our apartment management company to rid our apartment of bed bugs. We did not choose them. They unplugged our room mate's chest freezer and never plugged it back in, which led to over $300 worth of meat products to spoil. They said they had done 2 treatments for bed bugs on December 19th, and again on January 2nd. When we moved back in on the second both myself and another room mate were bitten by bedbugs, and we caught a live bed bug. Awful service and when confronted about the chest freezer we were told it was not their problem. Unprofessional and just reading their replies on google reviews shows how childish they act.

It's not every day that you need pest control services, but reach out to these guys when you do. Joey came twice and he was absolutely awesome, and fearless :). Inspected everything, answered all the questions and gave me some tools to use and made sure I have everything I need if my problem persisted. He also gave me some sticky pads so I don't have to pick anything up myself with paper towels or vacuum cleaner.

These guys were called to my apartment in Burnsville to check for moisture in my bathroom. They put 20-40 holes in the sheet rock around my bathtub and just left it. We discovered a good deal of mold in the bathroom and the tech told us it wasn't harmful. Well we had it tested at a lab and it was extremely toxic. These guys put my family in direct harm and I don't consider these guys competent to deal with mold at all.

Brother's cleans our commercial building carpets every spring. They are always on time, courteous and do a great job. Daniel did the work this year, and made sure before he left that we were happy with the work-which we were! Thanks!

Adam from Pest control has been servicing our property, even before I started working at Tarnhill Apartments last year. He is very efficient and friendly.

I had my carpets cleaned by Mike. He did a great job and was sure to be thorough. Chris is who scheduled the service, he was nothing but friendly and helpful. They met all the criteria consistent with professionalism; quality work, punctuality, fair pricing, and friendliness.

Professional, Timely and Fair! I have had the opportunity to work with Brothers several times. And, at every turn, I have been given professional, courteous service. They meet their scheduling promises and do the promised work efficiently and at a high standard. The group from Brothers are at the top of the list of pros. They have always been there when I needed help!. They were especially helpful this time when I needed my home painted, cleaned and carpet repairs done - it was a one stop shop - once all the work is done - I will post before and after pictures. I cannot wait!
