Had plumber, Frank, out to install new sink, disposal, and existing dishwasher. Put new fittings and drain in, also. Jimmy is his apprentice and helped. Both did an excellent job and cleaned up meticously. We would certainly invite them to return when we have plumbing needs. Thanks to Krinkes for hiring these two craftsmen.

Ryan and Donald communicated ETA and were prompt for my appointment. They moved through my home respectfully which I appreciated. They both took time in doing their assessments and walking me through each step. Because I expressed that I needed to take notes, they were patient and provided me with a 360 explanation and options. All my questions were answered adequately. In addition, there was an item that was not in use and they went above and beyond to educate me and also removed it. I would recommend Ryan and Donald anytime to friends/family. Thank you both for your comprehensive work.

Ryan F did a wonderful job! He explained everything to me before they did anything and was a true professional. He even brought me space heaters in case my furnace died overnight. They put a new one in the next day and I was very impressed with the service and the young men that did the work. I would highly recommend Ryan and Krinkie’s Heating. They did a fantastic job!

Andy and his partner were great. They showed up on time, removed the old heaters, and installed a new one. They showed me how to use the new hot water heater and provided things to watch out for. They were very professional.

I previously left a review of the installation of my heat pump/furnace in July of 2024. Since then, there have been a couple maintenance visits, plus a visit to correct an error code that popped up on the heat pump. Andrew has been the technician each time, and has always done a professional and thorough job. Any problems are always resolved, and he makes sure that they are. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing. As a fellow nerd, I greatly appreciate that.

We highly recommend Krinkies for any HVAC need. After 30 years we needed a new air conditioner. From start to finish we were given outstanding service and the best A/C unit to fit our home. From Jeff’s initial assessment to the crews’ installation everything was done respectfully, professionally and in a timely manner. We would give more than 5 stars if we could.

My experience with Krinkie's left me with no regrets. Originally scheduled about a week out, they called back and asked if they could come that day. My plumbing issue was fixed better than new and they managed our expectations well.

I'm so thankful for Joe DeWaele from Krinkies Heating. I have Home Serve and when my Furnace went out of coarse it was -8 degrees with -20 below wind chill at 7:00PM. Home Serve said they could get someone to come out my 8:00AM, because the company they contract with is closed. Even though they advertise 24/7service.so I called 4 different heating companies and left messages at each one. Joe was the only one that called me back and within 5 minutes. I explained what was going on and he said he would be here in 30 minutes. When he came he explained why the furnace wasn't working and was able to fix it within 20 minutes. We are so grateful to Joe and Krinkies heating for being there for us that night. It saved us from frozen pipes and who knows what other damage. Joe was so kind and willing to come out after hours in the freezing cold. We are feeling grateful.

Installed my water heater two years ago. After two years, it isn’t operating the way it should. Krinkie’s has been great about coming out to inspect and replace the until under warranty. The technicians don’t seem very knowledgeable about the product itself. I’ve asked multiple times about the Wi-Fi connectivity and iCOMM features, but I’ve never received a clear answer, and it appears there wasn’t much familiarity with the A.O. Smith system.

I got a wonderful technician to visit my home on a Saturday night after my furnace stopped working. He had replacement parts with him and my house was re-heating in no time. Wonderful service!

Dan has serviced our boiler since we purchased the home several years ago. We trust his service, care, and expertise. We cannot recommend Dan (and Krinke's) enough. Thank you!
