Dan was great. We were concerned about if the new unit we installed recently was the right one and he came and checked EVERYTHING over at no charge. He increased the fan speed, checked where we had heat coming through the windows in the room in question, checked for leaks, talked us through all of our options and educated us on how to use our thermostats and zoning for maximum cooling. He was great. The system is working so much better and we are very happy with the service.

On the coldest day of the year our furnance went out and of course it was a Saturday to boot. I called the number on our furnance and spoke to the Technician who was professional and stated he would call when he finished his appoitment.

Tech arrived and determined the issue and provided a quote which we approved and was reasonable. He had the part on the truck and showed me the difference between the new and the old part.

Furance is up and running and was very happy.

Krinkie’s has been our go to company now for the last few years. We bought a central air unit a few years back and we keep coming back as needs arise. This time it was plumbing troubles. After Frank and Jimmy came out it was determined it was only my toilet that needed replacing not a bigger drainage issue as I had feared. Grateful the guys were able to switch out my toilet quickly and efficiently and on the same day I called them due to a cancellation of someone’s else’s appointment. So grateful for the knowledgeable and friendly workers who fixed us up perfectly again. Thanks Krinkies!!

Water heater not heating: Came within an hour of calling. Found the issue and fixed it fast. Plus, Joe was pleasant and knowledgeable without mansplaining. A nice surprise. Definitely recommended Joe and Krienke's.

I ahve been using Krinkie’s for 15 years - always amazing service via Paul, my tech that I ‘inherited’ from the previous owner of my home. He is awesome.

Today Dan came by to fix a different mechanical piece. Also AMAZING. Such an awesome experience to have something fixed right and have the service tech explain everything in a way that makes sense.

Krinkie's installed the furnace and A/C at my mother's house two years ago. The workmanship was top-notch. They also do the annual maintenance checks on the furnace and A/C. Mike T. just completed the annual maintenance check on the furnace. He was very thorough and meticulous while performing this work. He has also done some of the previous maintenance checks on this sytem He is always very personable and happy to answer my questions. I am fully confident the furnace is now ready for the winter season.

Top notch service all around (from start to finish). Easy to work with, efficient, on-time, great work. Hardly even knew the guys were at my house. Had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Highly recommend Krinkie’s!!

Great job explaining everything. No pressure. My furnace is around 27 years old so I knew it was about time for a new one and Mike made it an easy decision. We’ll be getting a new furnace and air conditioner from Krinkies in the next couple of weeks.

Krinke's does an excellent job. I wish I had found them years ago and I would have saved money and had more reliable service. Frank and Jimmy (plumbers) are wonderful to work with. Frank was amazing to work with. Kind, thoughtful, calm, patient... and most important, he found our water leak problem and helped us find a solution. He was very caring and seemed almost as relieved as I was that it was a fairly easy fix. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

just had some final taping of some seems after inspection. the employees at krinkies are complete professionals and great to work with from the furnace and air install to the the super minor taping after inspection. The furnace and air unit are beautiful installs . Highly recommended.

We like and appreciate Krinkie’s so much that we’ve made them our “go-to” HVAC (and other) providers/technicians. Knowledgable, respectful, kind, and most of all, trustworthy. We never feel like we’re getting taken advantage of and they have proven that they stand by their work. They are, in my opinion, the unicorn of the HVAC providers. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!

Krinkies has incredible plumbers in Frank D. and Jimmy K. They were incredibly professional, thoughtful and thorough when redesigning our utility closet, moving our well tank, installing a leaky iron reduction system, replacing water lines from galvanized to copper and bonus install of new and easy shut off valves within reach. Our salt tank was behind the well tank and incredibly difficult to fill. With their new design, we can add to it without breaking our backs. Huge thanks for their craftsmanship and kindness every step of the project. We highly recommend Krinkies plumbers for their superb customer service.

We recently had a new furnace and heat pump installed, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of workmanship was outstanding—everything was installed neatly, labeled clearly, and set up exactly as promised. Our inspection passed without a single issue, which speaks volumes about the care and attention to detail that went into the job.

Communication was also excellent. Any time we had a question, Ryan (both our estimator and lead installer) provided prompt and thorough responses that made the process smooth and stress-free. During installation, the team identified a few existing electrical issues we weren’t aware of, and not only did they point them out, but they also took the initiative to fix them properly on the spot. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like that.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them for anyone considering HVAC work!

Shane was timely, friendly, and professional! He gave me tips to keep our furnace working efficiently to minimize the need for service trips in the future. We’ve had great experiences with Krinkie’s and recommend them to our friends.

Dan was great. He communicated clearly, gave valuable instructions on how I could maintain old fixtures, and actually helped me fix some, as well as providing a clear estimate and completing the job he came for. (Hooking up our new fridge to a water line for the ice and cold water dispenser to work.) He also provided us a complete boiler assessment and tune up as part of our annual maintenance package. All in all a very timely and effective use of a plumbers time!

There is a reason this place has so many good reviews. Shane took great care of my aging furnace and gave me helpful tips for how to care for it. After he wrapped up he noted one thing I could think about replacing but said it wasn't an immediate need. When I said I wanted to replace it but would call to set up another appointment (trying to be respectful of his time) he said he had the part and it was a quick fix. Now that is service!

The price was very fair for the service provided and they were able to get out to my house quickly. It's so hard to find reliable home services providers these days and I'm just really grateful to have one I can count on.

I called Krinkie's after my furnace went out in the middle of the night, so I called the emergency number and Andy answered. He was able to get to my home within 2 hours and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He went through what it was going to cost me and after I agreed, he got to work and was done in a few minutes. Andy was so pleasant to work with, just like Joe who had originally installed my furnace. Krinkie's will be the ones I call if I need honest and dependable work done. Thank you so much Andy!
