We have a very complicated failing retaining wall that needed 20 new 20 foot anchors put into the hill to stabilize it. Also they had to put in a new retaining wall without losing the hill. Professional, hard working & did exactly what they said they would do even when running into unforeseen obstacles.

These guys did a fantastic job! From the foundation of the block wall, to the drainage that you can't see, to the top cap was "overdone" and looks great. Harrison Harbor Twinhomes in Mound has used Dave's company for over 30 years. They do the typical summer and winter landscape services but they have also repaired or rebuilt our large boulder walls, repaired our shoreline, built a flagstone patio, re-contoured and built up our commons lawn area, and even removed a couple of dead trees. Timely and competitive. Dave, and his wife Robin, can also provide helpful and creative ideas to help solve landscaping problems.

My wife and I talked about putting in rock / boulder a wall and stone patio for years. We had an image in our heads of what we wanted. We had Boulder Creations Unlimited extend our retaining wall on both ends due to soil erosion and difficulty mowing the resulting slopes. Dave presented us with options based on how we wanted to direct water away from the house, and what type of vegetation would be best-suited for both ends of the wall. They took extra steps to ensure that the wall extensions were installed with extra support, that they blended perfectly with the existing wall, and added level, usable ground in our yard. The dirt they used for fill is also top quality and ready for planting.

Dave and Robert worked through the hottest weather to build a granite staircase and retaining wall that we will be happy to have for a long time and the future owners will enjoy as well.

If you like water, how about a full blown Koi pond complete with a waterfall. Don’t forget about a gas or wood fireplace, hot tub or upgrading your pool or beachfront. Amazing work!
