Full Time Heating and Cooling replaced the furnace and air conditioner in our Chanhassen home. Owner Jason executed the entire process in a highly professional manner. Beginning with an initial assessment visit, and progressing through bidding, procuring the equipment, scheduling installation, being on site during the work, and a next day follow-up visit, Jason did everything he promised. He never missed a deadline or failed to do something required to finish on time. His mobile business systems supported the entire process. The 3 man installation crew was highly skilled and managed to fit the equipment into a tight space and devised solutions to obsolete electrical wiring and exhaust piping. They worked efficiently and clean-up was pristine. Our experience with Full Time was excellent; 5-stars. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a heating/cooling solution.

Jason was very professional and fair. My old furnace guy retired and I was looking for a small business to support. Full Time was just what I was looking for. Diagnosed and replaced inducer motor same day.

I found Jason online via cross-referenced queries on Nextdoor, Google and Google Maps. He was able to come out the next day and determine the problem..... and it didn't require replacement parts. Some people would completely take advantage of this situation, but he did not. He taught me about the issue I had and gave me the instruction to fix it if it happened again. It's tough to trust people these days, but with his visit, I will not hesitate to have him come back if I had a problem with my gas fireplace again.

I had Jason at my home to check my furnace and air conditioner all before the winter.
He also cleaned my fireplace and set the logs properly so the flame and blower work correctly.

Prior to your visit, our furnace blower motor was making squeaking, high pitched sounds clearly signaling it’s useful life was over. Now that a replacement motor has been installed, all collateral parts have been cleaned up and assembled the normal temp of our home is rising back up to normal.

I was impressed with Jason and Levi's expertise and professional attitudes. I live in Maple Plain area, I'm 82 yrs old. Plan to call them this Spring to Tune-up my Air-Conditioner!
My Furnace stopped working at 20 deg weather. They responded quickly, diagnosed fan motor problem and replaced. Also, did cleaning and safety Inspection. After discussing they added a basement intake vent.

Jason and Levi performed a furnace maintenance check up and cleaning of our 2 gas fireplaces. Jason found a couple of issues and fixed only the one he felt warranted needing repair at this time. He said we could hold off on another issue and that we could address this at another time. They were on time and did a very nice job for us.
