Called Jason after we found that our furnace would not fire up after sitting this spring/summer. He helped diagnose the issue, had on hand the parts needed, and got our Bryant furnace system up and running that same day for a fair price.

It is apparent that Jason/Full Time Heating takes pride in the work & customer service they provide. Jason was knowledgeable and went out of his way to point out things to keep an eye out for in between routine Maintanence’s.

Jason has been doing our fall furnace tune-ups for 8 years (previously with Precision). Always pleasant and explains what he checked and things we can do to keep our furnace running at peak performance. Answers questions clearly and knowledgeably.

Levi and Jason were great! Our fireplace had stopped working and they were able to get it operational same day of repair as they have a fully stocked service trucks. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Jason did a fantastic job installing a new whole-house humidifier for us. Jason clearly has a ton of experience and everything went exactly as he said it would. The quality is excellent, he offered a variety of options ahead of time, he was super flexible about where we wanted the system and controller mounted, he did a great job explaining how everything worked, and he patiently answered a bunch of unrelated HVAC questions afterward. Jason is great!

I had my basement fireplace fail me on one of the coldest days this season. I reached out to Jason and he was able to get me on the schedule quickly. From start to finish, Jason resolved my issue, getting a 30 year old Heat n Glo working and looking brand new. I can’t say enough about how Jason and Levi handled their work to clean, assess, and repair our Heatilator gas fireplace. Starting with prompt arrival, friendly and professional demeanor, and competence. Jason’s willingness to set up a prompt initial visit and persistence in trouble shooting and following through a trick, difficult repair to a 30+ year old fireplace.

I will definitely use Full Time Heating & Cooling again. They arrived right when they said they would and quickly diagnosed an issue with my furnace circuit board. They were able to source a new part and make the repair the same day. They also provided valuable insight on other issues with my venting and even addressed one of them while on the call. Very professional, fairly priced, and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend to anyone in the Waconia area!

Jason and Levi were great. Our gas fireplace wouldn't turn on and Jason found the problem and had it running in no time. He also cleaned it while he was here and gave us some expert advice on our furnace. Very professional and courteous. They even texted us and gave us a 30 minute heads up to when they would be to our house in Cologne which was very accommodating since I had to leave work to meet them. Great job guys. Nick
