Hired Minnetonka Contruction for the siding and stucco removal on our home. They replaced with the LP brand. As very nice work hired MC again to build a large 2 story garage. Recently hired MC again to replace our lake home roof. As all exemplary have recommended MC to friends and relatives. My opinion hiring a family run business is far wiser than a heavily advertised huge overhead business, John and Peg

I had a wonderful experience working with Brad and the Minnetonka Construction team. He was communicative, honest and went above and beyond to ensure my house looked beautiful with new siding and gutters. I will absolutely call them again and highly recommend to anyone who needs new siding, gutters, roof or other construction work done.

I cannot say enough good things about Brad and Minnetonka Construction. They worked on a project for us where all the stucco needed to be removed from the exterior of our house, and replaced with siding. He had great recommendations with trim for elevating the look, and even helped to replace a few broken pavers.

Excellent quality work, attention to detail, and going above and beyond with customer service. Always quick responses and on time. They do things the right way and are just GOOD people. One of the BEST contractors I've come across!

Minnetonka Construction did an excellent job fixing a quirky problem that caused some leakage through a section of my roof.

They were not the original installer of the roof but they implemented a solution.

Enjoyed working with the team, especially Brad. Our home looks amazing with new siding, stone and windows. We often get compliments from the neighbors when they walk by. The suggestions, attention to detail and planning were all appreciated. When a few things didn’t go as planned, or as we thought it would look, as they often do in a project of this size and complexity, they made sure things were made right to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

My sincerest thanks to the entire team of removers, installers, interior and exterior finish carpenters for the installation of our front picture window. Many months ago, we decided to replace our front picture window to the original 1957 opening. It was absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend Minnetonka Construction.

Minnetonka Construction did a phenomenal job replacing our home’s siding. We had an office visit for siding selection and a computer rendering, as well as saw prior jobs in our neighborhood. I was so glad we didn’t have to experience a hard sell pitch either. The crew was professional and tidy, though some minor damage to some plants can’t be avoided as we needed scaffolding for our house. Brad was attentive to every single question I had and gave me prompt responses. Due to the James Hardie siding, the pounding was hard and a window was broken. When I reached out, Brad immediately explained how they would replace it and immediately sent out a specialist. When I asked why it was taking longer than I expected, Brad explained that we had special solar treated glass and that it took longer to manufacture. They could have used a cheaper glass and we probably wouldn’t have noticed. When I thanked Brad for honoring the match of the glass, he said they prided themselves on doing the right thing. I could not be more impressed with how they handled it. There were other minor items that came up along the way, as is the case with any job, and Brad handled them all, immediately. I love my new James Hardie siding and the curve appeal it gives my home. So glad we worked with Minnetonka Construction and the quality of their work and how they handle what typically comes up with such a big job. Thank you Brad, you were awesome!

The new windows look fantastic - the craftsmanship is top notch and you can feel the difference in insulation and noise reduction.

Minnetonka Construction recently re-sided our home. From beginning to end we were very happy with all aspects of the effort put forth by this family owned business. Brad was great at helping us plan the project and while the work was going on he was at the site daily. He communicated with us on each step of the project, and was very quick to respond to every question or concern that we had during the process. Their crew of workers (who have been with Mtka Construction for many years) were professional and skilled. The entire project was completed within three weeks of our initial meeting with Brad.
