I have been using Right Touch for several years. They do a great job cleaning and take good notes so if it’s not my regular cleaner, it gets done the same. Communication is very good. The cleaners are very friendly. The rates are reasonable. Very happy with Right Touch!

Today was the first time we had cleaners come and clean our home. Both my husband and I were very impressed and extremely grateful with the outcome. We will definitely be telling all our friends and family of the amazing cleaning service.

I was gifted with two house cleanings as part of the Cleaning for a Reason program. I was so impressed with the service we received - especially from Guadalupe Salto-Guaman. She was on time, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She went above and beyond to include small touches that are so appreciated. She was great with our cat, too. If house cleaning is in our budget, we will definitely request Lupe next time!

When our regular cleaner was unavailable I was concerned about getting a new person to clean for us, but Angela and Alejandra were wonderful! The bathrooms, floors, kitchen, and furniture all looked fantastic. They were thorough and fast and, as with all Right Touch staff, very professional. Thank you!

While other companies put me on a 2 month wait list, Right Touch promptly responded to my inquiry and got us scheduled for a clean. They communicated clearly throughout so we knew what to expect. And most importantly, they delivered a good quality product. We are loving our clean home!

Very good experience with this team. As a parent of a kiddo with asthma and allergies, having the house cleaned biweekly has been a godsend and puts my mind at ease while also giving me time back in my week to spend with my son. My cleaning team is very good and receptive to my specific needs. They are timely and efficient.

I was toying with the idea of trying a cleaning service, but had a bad experience at one point with another cleaning service and wasn’t sold on doing it again. Right Touch came on referral from one of my friends who has been using the service for some time and she has been very happy with it. So I took the leap. Customer service is exceptional, seriously the best; respectful, courteous, timely, and very personable. The cleaning is wonderful and Walter does a great job. So glad we found Right Touch!

Right touch cleaning did a great job. The technician came in. Wasted no time. She listened to my request and got straight to it. I only hired for a 6 hour time frame. I think I will have to add a couple more hours or ask for a second person to help out. But for the most part she was able to get out place up to spec for the upcoming holiday season! Thank you!

Very professional and easy to work with. I had to book a last minute deep clean for our house and it was easy. They responded to me immediately and in a timely manner when I had questions. I booked a team and they finished in no time and clean places I really needed cleaning. They even decorated nicely my pillows and throws. Definitely would use them again!

Have had a very good experience with Right Touch Residential for general housecleaning. Staff is responsive and accommodating. Cleaners are professional and thorough. Most recently worked with Amy who did a great job on our last cleaning. Highly recommend.

I've had Right Touch clean my home 3 times. Each and every time, they've done a fantastic job (Kayla, the first two times - and today, Sydney). Kayla and Sydney were both friendly, professional, and thorough. I contacted Right Touch to arrange for regular cleaning and had my first cleaning yesterday. Raquel worked non-stop and did a terrific job. She's a professional! My home looks and feels so clean. I'm delighted!

Jorge, Marlene, and Maria have all done a wonderful job cleaning our home for years. They're thorough, fast, and do a good job working around us when we're working from home. Our home is always spotless when they leave. The office at Right Touch is easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

We’ve had other bad experiences with cleaning services and Right Touch has exceeded all of our expectations! With two very hairy dogs and a baby, we need all the help we can get. They make it affordable and easy to have someone come clean the house from top to bottom. We couldn’t be happier! If you’re on the fence, definitely take the leap and give Right Touch your business.

We have used this service twice, and will continue to use Right Touch. They have excellent customer service, are extremely pet (animal) friendly, and have great staff. I look forward to the time that they come and take care of the house, as it always looks incredible when they're done!

Walter came to our home this week for the first time, and he was excellent! He did everything we wanted and more. It looked like there was a whole team here.

Our technicians Sidney and Gabriel arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with as we showed them what was needed as well as our expectations. They provided useful suggestions such as a Dawn detergent solution for our laminate kitchen floor and a product they use to clean stubborn stove top stains. Sidney and Gabriel worked well together as a team cleaning our house in a timely manner. Once they were done, the house looked great with no noticeable odors from the cleaning products they used. Very pleased with the service! We will request Sidney and Gabriel for our next cleaning.

I am very happy with the cleaning of my home twice now with Alejandra of Right Touch Cleaning. She is very sweet and receptive to my complimenting her detail. I gave it a 5 Stars because Alejandra does a Fantastic job cleaning. We just started using this company and she does the best job by herself compared to when I’ve had other cleaners here together in the past. My place looks amazing because Alejandra is a hard and dedicated worker. She deserves a raise and you are fortunate to have her as an employee. I will definitely recommend her to friends.

Right Touch Residential Cleaning was a company that matched with the “Cleaning for a reason” program which helps people going through treatment with free cleanings. I am so thankful and grateful for this service as it was really helpful for my family. My house and bathrooms were wonderfully clean after my cleaning services! Gail did a wonderful job and Walter was the best for our last clean! I would definitely recommend Right Touch Residential Cleaning for anyone looking for a cleaning service! I was also very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and kindness of everyone that I spoke with via email or over the phone from the company. It was nice to work with people that really care and put the customer first!

Right Touch has helped us out while I recover from foot surgery and it's been wonderful! Mel does a great job tackling our whole house (multiple bathrooms, multiple living areas, bedroom and kitchen) and is easy to have around while I'm also at home. She's very attentive to details and we have to do very little to keep things clean until she comes again, every other week. We're so thankful for the help!

This is a great company. Not only is it woman-owned, but it truly seems like they treat their employees very well. Our cleaners, Trinity and Sarah, were great. They were punctual, detail-oriented, and hard-working. We really appreciated the clean and we hope to continue using this company's services!
