We had Mel come and clean our home today. She was wonderful!! Incredibly thorough, detailed, and friendly as well. We can't wait to have her back next month!

From the initial sign up for services throughout the process, Right Touch was awesome. Great communication to keep us informed of what to expect/prepare for, and even were able to accommodate a rush we needed to get our house cleaned. They were on time day of cleaning and out earlier than expected. Thank You!

Judy has been cleaning our house for over a year. She is very conscientious and takes great care to do a wonderful job. She is trustworthy and reliable. We got up this morning and quickly threw the sheets in the laundry and picked up the last of the things we had setting around in her way this morning. At 8 she had not arrived. She is usually there ahead of time and does not ring the doorbell until exactly 8 am - but has put all her equipment by the front door by then. It is 8:04 and I tell my husband, that is strange. She is always early. By 8:10 I am worried about her. Hoping she did not get into an accident or something. Then my husband looks at his text from them the day before and it said she was coming in the afternoon. Mystery averted. Haha!

For several years Right Touch has been cleaning our home. Their teams provide excellent service, are professional and careful. Owners contact personally for any issues or questions. Their responses have always been prompt and satisfying. This is one of the best home cleaning services around.

This was our first time using Right Touch, and we're honestly thrilled. Raquel definitely knew her craft - got everything done we wanted and more - and it was such a delight to come home from work today to a clean house.

I've been using this company to clean my current and previous house since 2014. I've been a loyal customer due to the way they clean our home and also how responsive the office staff have been over the years. There is no request or accommodation they haven't been able to handle - very professional!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I scheduled a deep clean, but, other than wiping down counters and taking out the garbage, they didn’t clean anything. There was dirt and dust on furniture in multiple rooms, it’s not like they accidentally missed one area. I was shocked and disappointed at how little was done, especially because this was a splurge for me. They credited me 15% back after I shared my concerns. So, they made $196 and I got left with a dirty house. Hire another company that won’t charge you to waste your time (or that will be more accountable when they do a bad job).

They cleaned our house through “cleaning for a reason” program because my wife has stage 4 cancer. It was VERY thorough cleaning both times and a fantastic help for our family! When we found that cleaning for a reason may offer 4 cleanings instead we of the 2 we got and asked the owner- she offered to send a cleaner during my wife’s surgery recovery and until she is done with chemotherapy. Great company! 🎗❤️👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

The Right Touch team does a fantastic job. Really appreciate the coordination of the management team and the hard work of the technicians, Jorge and Marlene. Couldn’t have asked for more.

They just missed a lot of basic things.
Just before the cleaner show up our dog knocked over a small garbage can with nothing but paper and plastic water bottles. I left it thinking the cleaner would get it. Nope. It was still there when they left.

I just felt for what I was paying them to clean I wasn't getting much return on my investment. Maybe others will have better luck than I did.

This is the best cleaning service I have ever had! I used to have Judy who I thought no one could top, but then she moved away. I was afraid to move to someone new, but I did - and Walter literally couldn't be better! Staff is friendly and you won't believe how good your house will look after they are finished. The owner is very responsive. You won't be disappointed - check them out for your next house cleaning!

Kaija and Madison did a great job of performing a deep clean at my house, and furthermore, the customer service I experienced at Right Touch was second to none. No matter who I spoke with, they were responsive, cordial, and overall enjoyable to communicate with - which is no small thing these days. I would recommend Right Touch to anyone.

Love working with Right Touch! When I come home after my cleaners have been over, it feels like I’m stepping into a whole new place. I have two young children and keeping the house clean is an INSANE chore. The moments I feel most relaxed are immediately after Right Touch has been over.

It is also worth noting how flexible and kind they were when my youngest daughter fell ill and had to spend weeks in the hospital. They worked with me, even forgave the time I totally forgot I had a cleaning scheduled, and even sent flowers to brighten up our home during a difficult time. Can’t recommend them enough!

Cleaning homes is such a physically demanding job yet each time someone from right touch comes to our home to clean they are friendly and kind when they arrive and when they leave. I’d like to specifically recognize Amy, as she has been our cleaner now on multiple occasions. Amy is so very friendly and kind and I look forward to chatting with her when she comes to our home.
