Ostvig is extremely professional in all aspects, including bidding a job and executing the work as promised. To say it simply, "they know what they are doing." Lastly, their cleanup is always impeccable and reliable. I highly recommend them as does my beautiful oak tree in the front yard!

I have used Ostvig tree care couple of times. Russ is very knowledgeable and friendly. He understand our needs and work with the schedules which is convenient for us. We removed 2 trees which was very close to house. Ostvig crew were very professional and completed the work neatly and safely. They are my go to whenever i need a tree service. Thanks Ostvig team.

They don't call back. I spoke with someone in Aug about setting up a repeat chlorosis treatment in Fall....the first part of Oct. I started calling the end of Sept because I had not heard from anyone about setting up an appointment. I have called every week since then and spoken with a very courteous answering service that has promised a return call within 24 hours. No one calls. I can believe that they are busy, but at the very least find someone to call the customers back with an update.

Russ did a great job estimating our project, communicating with us on project timing and completing it on time and on budget. They cut and hauled a large number of dead trees and brush from our lot. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after the project. It looks so much better now!

Russ was great. Showed up on time for the bid and gave us a date for the work. He managed his crew well and gave proper expectations that the yard would be heavily damaged taking out such large trees. I would highly recommend Ostvig to anyone. 2 of the trees we had removed were hanging over the house completely and they did a great job not damaging the roof.

I had a dual stem Ash that had ash bore disease that had to go. Ostvig was one of the services recommended by my City Forester and was the one that had the best bid. They came on time and got down to business to take them down efficiently. They spent time cleaning up afterward and were very courteous. I appreciate that they hauled away the debris instead of grinding it up by the curb which makes a god-awful racket like another service did for a neighbor.
I would definitely call them again with any other tree issue.

Monte gave us a very reasonable estimate for cutting down 2 trees, grinding the stumps to grade level and haul away all the debris. He also quoted a very good price for the treatment of two other trees that will happen in the spring. The two gentlemen that did the job were friendly, professional, efficient and safe. The whole job was about 5 hours. Very happy with Otsvig Tree Care and we highly recommend their fast, affordable, friendly service.

Recently, I had a large silver maple removed by Ostvig. Pete and Orion were prompt, professional, and did excellent work. Their clean up was impeccable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tree service.

Communication for scheduling our trees to be removed including the stumps and debris removal, was excellent, Monte responded quickly to all emails. The crews did an excellent job at both cutting down the trees/stump removal and clean up.

Ostvig did exactly what I wanted and they were professional and reasonably priced. I was amazed they were able to take down a large tree and not damage my garden or fence. The crew of 2 did a great job at a brisk pace, especially considering they had to stop for 2 rainstorms. They were polite and accommodating with my questions. The clean up was fantastic.

I had a great experience with Ostvig Tree. They removed 2 very large deceased ash trees and ground the stumps. They were meticulous in prepping my yard so the heavy equipment did not damage anything, they completely cleaned up every last twig, and they ground the stumps to nothing and even spread the mulch throughout my flower beds. They fully took care of permitting and coordinating with the power company to temporarily remove a nearby power line. Fully professional from start to finish. I'll be returning for all my future needs.

Ostvig has professional arborists on staff and answer all my questions. We have used them for several tree projects. They came out to our house quickly, i had a quote the next day. The work was completed the next week. Quick work, professional tree trimmer. Great clean up.

Russ was quick to give us a bid we found extremely reasonable for the work requested - removal of one full tree & a dead trunk, and trimming back of limbs and boughs from the roof line. After we got things arranged, the crew arrived undaunted by a really cold day, and did quick, clean and efficient work. Super pleased with Ostvig.

Ostvig Tree Care did a great job for us. Came out to consult and review exactly want we wanted. Crew showed up on the scheduled date on time and they were careful on the lawn and performed the work we needed in one day. They did a good job cleaning up and stacked the larger pieces of wood down at our wood pile. I would highly recommend them.

Our very large cottonwood tree needed to be taken down as large branches were falling off in the high winds. (size 19 feet round base and 80 feet tall) The operation took 2 days with 2 major pieces of equipment and NO climbers. There was NO damage to either house, excellent cleanup, on site mulching and four truck loads to remove large branches and base. The staff were excellent and answered all questions and were very caring. I asked them to leave some mulch for my garden which they did. All round an outstanding job.
