Larger than you'd think in terms of stock. Good quality, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and good pricing.

Went there this morning to get supplies to spruce up my yard! Love the plant selection! Can’t wait for the “candy corn” vining plant to grow!!!

These people are fantastic. They are helpful, friendly, and have fair prices. I come here instead of going to the local big box stores.

Terrible. I left our northern MN lake property early to stop at Southview Garden Center to take advantage of their 54 percent off of shrubs I had been told of the sale a few days before by an employee when I made a purchase. No one told me that I needed to bring a coupon to take advantage of the sale. The boy behind the counter was no help. So I didn't get the shrub I wanted and gone through a lot if effort for.

Southview is a great local garden center. Dan and Noel are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Southview is so much better than any of the box stores. You should do business there.

Drove all over looking for wisteria and this smaller garden center had it! Very helpful staff. They even loaded my car for me. Much better than the linesof people and lack of help at Gertens. Just sayin.

Friendly staff. Great looking plants, flowers and trees. Helped design and suggest plants for a three season garden for my front yard. Noelle has been very helpful and patient with my questions and more questions.

I can't thank Noelle enough for all her assistance in helping me to create an awesome and personable terrarium for my son's 34th birthday gift. Both he and his fiancee were initially speechless and then truly amazed and grateful for the "Big Foot in the Forest" creation. Thank you so much Noelle ... You're the best! p.s I took lots of pics and will have to stop by and show you

Don't waste your time and make appointment with this business. I came for an appointment ready to pay over $1000 but they were not available. The person who we needed to see drove away. I wasted my time and gasoline.

The website says that the are opening after 8:00 am. Well, it’s 8:35 am and it’s still close.
I have to say that I was very impatient this morning. They opened at 9:00 and they apologized because they forgot to change the voicemail.
I would like to say that they were very helpful and they made me feel better.
    Thanks and sorry again.

This is a great Mom & Pop style alternative to the Big Planter corporate organizations squeezing out the little guys. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A great selection of products to choose from with reasonable prices. Help support your local smaller businesses.

The decor is on the expensive side, of course, as well as their hanging and other planted pots. But that's to be expected, and the quality is excellent. They have a September sale every year, I believe, and that's a good time to get ready for the next year.

But for me, with only a small balcony currently, I picked up a flat of coleus for $3, I think? And then today got 2 beautiful larger 4"pots (one double impatiens, and one fancy New Guinea Impatiens) both for $12-something including tax. They are both about 8-10 inches high, blooming beautifully and nicely filling their pots.

The people are really nice and I love supporting the local businesses.
