Have used Bartlett for 8 years . They saved a large oak tree after new construction damaged the tree . Also have helped our pine trees thrive with proper treatments . Very professional company . The service technicians are knowledgeable & friendly.

From the consultation with Rob, to the actual tree servicing with Ben and Eduardo, we were met with nothing but excellent service. Not only was everyone extremely knowledgeable, they were all unfashionably kind and realistic with myself and my husband. We will go nowhere else for our tree services in the future. Truly excellent service!!

What a great experience! I called Pat and left a message. He called me back within minutes and he came to the house to provide a free estimate. I had 4 stumps varying in size from 15" in diameter to 75" in diameter. Pat gave me an excellent price on the estimate so we agreed to have him do the work. He had the stump grinding machine in his trailer, so he started in immediately. He finished the job quickly and I was so satisfied with the work and Pat's personal touch. I would highly, highly recommend this service! Pat was nice to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, delivered great service at a great price and the job was arranged and done in one morning! Totally great service!

I hired Pat to grind out five tree and shrub stumps. He was very responsive, and took appropriate care when grinding near my deck and landscaping. I was happy with his service and would hire him again.

pat is THE BEST! excellent communication, got back via email same day - on his day off - also he has the cutest website! he came out for a quote in a heat advisory, like, it was sick outside, and 20 minutes later, he's getting rid of the stump. he took down part of my fence to get his machine in, and put it back better than he found it. he's very knowledgeable about stumps and trees. quick and professional service, kind guy, too! if you need a stump removed - ours was HUGE - pat is the guy! excellent pricing as well!

I gave Pat a call to see if he could assist me in removing a very large stump in a rather unique condition that I had been working on for quite some time. He said he would need to see it and was promptly over to my place at the time we had scheduled. Pat reviewed the condition and indicated he might be able to grind it out, but was not 100% certain due to its size and access. He said "let's try grinding for a bit to see if access from the side and below the top of the stump can work. If it does, then we have a plan. If it does not, then I will not charge you anything for my attempt." Well Pat's attempt proved it could work and he then proceeded to grind out the entire stump from top to effectively 4' below its top. As he was nearing the finish he asked me several times if I was pleased. He absolutely wanted me to be happy with the end result of his work. Pat did a great job and I was 100% pleased with every aspect of working with him and the grinding work he accomplished on what he said was the largest stump he had ever removed with his grinding machine. I highly recommend hiring Pat to remove any stump that you may want removed - you will not be disappointed! Attached are before, during and after photos. Note that the after photos were taken after a bit of clean-up work.

Not sure about this website but I went on the website and after they ask for your information and they want to have your credit card on file I stopped and took all of my stuff out but this guy showed up and did my lawn never say hello never saying I’m here from anybody none of that so at the end he is sitting out in front of my house for like an hour don’t know what he’s doing so I,go out there and ask and he your credit card didn’t work like I said I,didn’t call you and then whoever this other guy was on the phone was trying to over talk me being rude I never confirmed for them to come out to my home to do anything there was no confirmation scam the order was canceled I

Signed up for automated snow removal for city sidewalk. My job has been sitting in 'Active jobs' for days getting picked up and dropped by a variety of contractors. I can't get a hold of any one to let me know what's going on. I can't even drop/cancel the job from the app either so I drive the 30 min and do it myself. Very frustrating and this is not happening for the first time.

I am visiting from out of town and have to park on the side of my family's home. I woke up to snow being jam packed tightly on the front and back of my car. The snow was packed very tight on to my vehicle causing damage to one of my car lights. I have yet to hear from a human but am hoping that I won't wake up to this happening again in the morning.
A few weeks ago the driver did block my vehicle with snow but snow was not packed up against my car. There was a safe distance. Not sure why this driver felt the need to aggressively push the snow against my car.

I had this service last year for snow removal and had varying levels of service. Decided to give it another try this year and the service has been absolutely horrible. The price is never what they quoted initially, the contractor just makes up whatever price they want and they don't show up until days after the snow. Currently still waiting for a plow when it stopped snowing almost 24hrs ago. I get that there are other customers but you have to get to people in a timely manner or it's not worth paying for. At least communicate to your customers that you will be coming. My job just keeps getting reassigned and now no one is assigned. Someone should be reaching out to me. Whenever I reach out with questions, I get fairly rude or at very least unhelpful responses. Would not recommend.

Rob was great. He did a survey of my trees, and gave me an honest opinion that the trees are healthy and no reason to remove. When the time comes, NWI will be my first call!

I looked for a while for a company like this that would come in to help me plan tree planting in my backyard and I’m so glad I found NWI. They were extremely professional and the tree planting was quickly done, as I had requested it to be done before an upcoming birthday party we were having. I will go with NWI for future tree planting projects.
