NWI Tree Service is great to work with! All the staff, from the first meeting and estimate, the office staff through correspondence, and especially the staff the did the work for us were professional, efficient, skilled, and pleasant to work with. We strongly recommend them.

Loved the work they did. They were helpful and provided me the options I needed to make a decision about what work needed to done. The crew showed up early and were efficient. At the end they took the time to clean up so there was no mess for me to deal with. They also took a moment to meet my dog so she wasn’t so scared about what was going on. NWI team was fast, safe and professional. Arthur, Erik, Spencer and Dusty worked steady at the end of a long day to remove a unsafe fallen tree from my building. We rested that evening not worrying the remaining large part wasn't going through of house while we slept. Hats off to a hard working crew. Highly recommend NWI. Called in the morning and was completed before end of day.

We have an eighty+ year old willow tree, a very valuable shade tree but in serious need of some major trimming. Also, an old non producing apple tree plus two 25' spruce trees way too close to electrical lines. Tanner came to check things out and quoted us on the spot. Their price was very competitive plus they could get it done it about two weeks. We signed up right then and there.
The day came and they arrived with a small army of equipment. They brought a large wood chipper and unloaded a long reaching boom/bucket rig plus a bobcat as well as several chain saws; the three crew members got to work immediately. The apple and spruce trees were gone in a flash.
The real challenge was trimming the willow tree especially where it was raking on the house roof. Don't know why we were concerned, they made it look easy. Needless to say, we feared a big mess, it was, but they cleaned up everything. That wood chipper really got a workout and probably deserves a raise.
Much sooner than expected, they were done. The crew foreman, Bill, then filled us in on what they encountered, this was much appreciated.
All in all this was a good experience for us. Our willow tree no longer harbors deadwood and widow-makers plus it looks so much better. We'll replace the apple tree with one that can bear fruit and the power lines have nothing to fear. NWI did a thorough and professional job. Given the need, we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. This company was very professional from start to finish. The service representative, Scott, came out quickly to provide a quote for requested work. He marked all trees with colored ties and recorded in detail the work we requested. Scott was very knowledgeable about trees and gave us several recommendations. On the day of service, the guys did an excellent job removing a downed limb, removing several trees, and pruning two others. The workers were professional and efficient. They were also very nice and answered any questions we had. The office staff is also very professional and communicates well. We will certainly use them again. Thank you!

NWI did an amazing job cutting down some trees right near our house and garage. They were very professional and cleaned up even the sawdust out of the yard. Very impressed with their service. Autumn was great on communication with us and setting everything up. They even piled the wood by our outside boiler. Would give them 10 out of 10 and would recommend to family and friends.

I can’t say enough good things about this company, and its employees, that took down my big dead ash tree. First of all NWI came in at a much lower cost than the other companies that bid on this job. It was a very reasonable price for the work they provided me. Secondly, and most importantly, are the employees who came out and actually did the work. NWI did a fantastic job removing my 3 trees. They went above and beyond to take extra precautions for mine as well as my neighbors property. Though the weather did not want to cooperate. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner. I was definitely impressed when I got back withthe stump grinding when we got back from vacation. It was a great crew and would highly recommend the company for projects going forward.

I highly recommend NWI Tree Service! The team of Arthur, Eric & Dennis did a fantastic job removing my dying ash tree that was starting to lean on my neighbor's power lines. The guys were thorough, professional, efficient and clearly skilled at what they do! They left my yard clear of any branches or debris and didn't mind it that my 4-yr old nephew who loves construction vehicles came over to watch them work. At all a very reasonable price!

NWI was awesome. Everything from the staff in the office coordinating, to the guys doing estimates and the actual tree removal was excellent. Communication was so spot on. I was out of town when the work was going to happen and they did the following: phone calls and e-mails to let me know when they were coming, photos of the work when they were done, and checking in to make sure that I knew what had been done. Excellent service all the way around. Great job guys!
