Would come here with my grandma when I was younger and we would take pots that people have returned for others to use because we would have plant sales every year. I would always look forward to going here to pick through the pots with my grandma and looking at all the plants.

The garden department was a MESS😢...and there was not a single employee for questions...prices were not posted and I bought several plants and flowers 🌼💐 just to help them survive 🥺. I LOVE the store but the garden center is disappointing!

Last year I was so impressed! This year the containers were over-priced and many of the plants on display were wilted and stressed. I left without a purchase.

Lowes is my hardware store in West St Paul. The staff always go out of their way to help. Great group of employees.

Shocked that a business selling tools and hardware items can't even take the time to make sure the toilet seat cover dispensary in the bathroom was attached to the wall or that the bathroom stall door latches work. Not one employee greeted me my entire visit.

I went here and walked around for an half hr with no help! Even after pressing help buttons repeatedly it was like we were invisible! So after all of that we finally got help wich only took 5 min so i bought something the girl tried to over charge me when i told her what the price was she made me go and get the price sticker stating she didnt belive me! You just lost a customer and that was my first time coming there after hearing good thing's about the store

Lowe's is a fine store - but at least this Garden Center leaves a fair amount to be desired. Many of their plants, especially their indoor plants, were dead or dying, and generally poorly cared for. Other garden centers/nurseries in the area are much better options than here.

Lowe's Garden Center on South Robert is very good for a big box home supplies store. There's a wide variety of indoor & outdoor plants, fruit trees, deciduous trees, flowering trees & shrubs, hanging annuals & perennials, etc. Their plants are healthy, and zone 4 appropriate.

They also have an excellent array of gardening soils, including certified organic soils & fertilizers.

The staff is always helpful, although on busy weekends they're sometimes hard to flag down.

I just live Lowe's! Bought a bunch of plants and they look amazing. Great job.

They had the(1) item I couldn't find in any of the other Big Box Stores i tried. Hanging swivel plant brackets. Plus I was able to find a couple of great plants

fast response to my initial call. Was able to schedule a visit quickly, and resolved my issue very quickly. Great service great person!

Didn't get an estimate. Things in general moved slower than expected. Jay did try to connect but I had hired someone who was available and moved forward quickly. My deck is fixed. So happy!

Jay is excellent. He arrived on time, and immediately analyzed my weird closet situation (an antiquated security system was blocking the shelving. He was careful, methodical, and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend him!
