We had Yares Renovation Services remove our old deck and build a new deck for us this spring. Tony and his crew Keith, Kelly and Tom (in alphabetical order) were always very professional. They arrived on time, asked questions about what we wanted (and listened to our answers) and always cleaned up before they left each day.
The work was done in good time with a lot of care to detail and our deck is beautiful!
We are using it every single day.

Tony and his team updated our bathroom and built a bathroom in the basement. The remodeled main floor bath features a walk in shower with tiled walls and shower floor. There’s also a shower seat and hand bar to accommodate my spouse who suffered a stroke. The tiling is non slip. The bathroom floor is heated (which is wonderful). Our home is a cottage built in the late 1880s. And Tony managed to update beautifully. He also widened the hallway, bathroom and bedroom doors to accommodate a wheelchair. The hallway and bathroom lighting makes an otherwise dim space safe and beautiful. The downstairs bathroom is perfect. The Yares team were easy to work with, accommodating, and always professional. I recommend highly recommend them.

We recently worked with Yares after a water damage claim at my mother's home. They were recommended to us by her insurance company after we were not getting communication from the company we initially were using. Tony and Whitney were amazing to work with! Their communication was outstanding throughout the process. The quality of work was also amazing. We are so grateful that we found this company to help get my mother back in her home. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do, there is no other company we would consider!!!

A tree fell on my front yard arbor so it needed to be replaced. Tony reused what existing material as could be salvaged and replicated my late husband's design perfectly. The work was done promptly and site cleanup was perfect. The best part of this job was the complete and timely communication between Tony and myself. I knew exactly what to expect and when it would be done. My questions were responded to very promptly. I have had Yares construction do other small jobs in the past, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We worked with Yares Renovation Services to have our roof replaced after a storm. Our insurance adjuster recommended them and the communication between them and the insurance company was seamless. Yares was able to accommodate our busy schedule and get the work done quickly! Tony kept us in the loop the whole time and was wonderful to work with.

Yares Renovation Services came to our rescue when a water leak wrecked havoc on our kitchen ceiling. After meeting with a slew of contractors, we went with Yares based on their detailed plan for how they were going to address the issue and get our ceiling back to its original condition. The work they completed was top notch and their team of friendly service professionals went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend Tony and his team.

Tony and his crew did an amazing job finishing off our basement and updating multiple rooms including bathrooms (along with other ad hoc work). We really appreciated their attention to detail, especially when they proactively found and addressed some surprise water damage. Cooper was an amazing project manager, almost felt like part of our family at times and did a great job communicating with us (an underrated skill). We had quite a bit of painting as part of the project and Grant definitely delivered. Grant, and really everyone we worked with, did a great job cleaning up at the end of a days work, which was huge given the work was frequently happening in or near high traffic areas (parents with kids, like us, will appreciate this). We will certainly use Yares Renovation Services for our next project and highly recommend them.

We have used Yares Renovation Services for several projects! Everything from insurance claims for our roof to complete bathroom renovations. A roof, 2 bathrooms a new portico, a new ceiling due to ice dam issues and some smaller randoms to be exact! Quality work every time with great communication. They also back up their work so if an issues arises from one of their projects they immediately get it taken care of and I highly value that trust.

Five stars for Gold Roof Renovations. They did a great job on my roof and were absolute pros at navigating the insurance claim for hail damage. They took the headache out of the entire project. I'm very satisfied with the results! Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Tony and crew.

I cannot recommend Tony and the team at Gold Roof enough. He came out for a free inspection after the hail storm and pointed out a bunch of spots I completely missed. He basically took over the whole insurance headache for me. He sent all the photos and info directly to my carrier and dealt with the extra details they usually try to skip over. I didn't have to spend hours on the phone or argue for coverage, he just handled it. The crew was fast, professional, and the roof looks great.

I recently had a tree fall on my roof and the convenience of Gold Leaf Tree service and Gold Roof being jointed company was so amazing!

The day of the incident Tony was here within 30-40 mins of me calling and had my roof covered since it was raining!

Everyone was very nice. Communicate was a breeze. The crew was fast and efficient. Since in my case it was a repair, they had to patch a huge hole. After completion there is no evidence any where that they were ever there!

I will defiantly be going with Gold Roof again! Thanks everyone!!
