There was a heavy wind/hail storm that went through our community late June, and Jason came out to give me his honest opinion on whether or not I needed to make a claim. After his inspection, I contacted insurance and they sent out an adjuster for inspection. A short while later, Bruggaman set up a date to put on a new roof. Once the job was completed, I walked around the house looking at my landscaping and gardens. I didn't think they were there because everything looked untouched!! The roof was replaced, but I was so impressed on how well they cleaned up and cared for my property. I couldn't have been happier!! Cory and Brig were also involved and I knew I was in good hands. From start to finish, I can't think of anything that I would have wanted done differently. Such a smooth and seamless process from my (the homeowners) perspective. What a blessing to have a company take care of my situation, and I couldn't recommend them enough!!

We worked with Brig and the team to have our deck redone with trex material. They were super responsive, did great work and made the entire process so easy. The work they did was awesome and they left everything super clean. We have gotten great compliments from family, friends and neighbors on the work they did as well!

I had storm damage to my garage and Brig, Corey and the whole gang at Bruggeman made this so easy! I started the claim with my insurance agent and put them in touch with Brig. After that they took care of everything. In the last 2 years Bruggeman has put a new roof on the garage, a new roof on the house and now repair to storm damage. They have made everything so simple, Their prices are terrific and I know that I'm getting the best. I would call them again and again. Love these folks!

Corey and his crew did a fantastic job for us. The crew was fast and efficient and the quality of work was excellent. On top of that the cost was very reasonable and fit perfectly within our budget.

Bruggeman Exterior did a fabulous job with my roof and gutters replacement. Brig was very knowledgeable and was able to have my roof electric mass replaced and covered by insurance. She followed up with me several times durind the process. Everything was done quickly and effectively. Great company with honesty and integrity, which is hard to find nowadays!! I even received a beautiful blanket for Christmas!! I would highly recommend this company!!

All of people working for Preferred Kitchens were knowledgeable about their craft, hardworking, efficient, personable and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated that after the job was completed, a separate cleaning crew came in to do a thorough cleaning.

My only point of improvement would be quicker notification of any worker being delayed.

We had two total remodel projects done at our home with Preferred Kitchens. We had our master bathroom and our kitchen done and they are more than we dreamed of! We loved every step of the process from designing and walking through options, to the remodeled beautiful home we now have. The entire team provided so much care for our home, especially during the various steps in the process. The communication always helped us know what to expect next, and each person was respectful and so kind. We now have a kitchen and a master bathroom that works for us and is a joy to use.

We loved working with this company. We have used them 3 times now and appreciate their professionalism in designing and managing house projects.

Workers were greatest. Work done very good. Scheduling an communication, poor. 5 to 6 week job turned into 12 weeks. Lots of time spent waiting for something to happen. Not fun when you're living out of a cooler.

We needed a test kitchen built in our production facility. The kitchen needed to be beautiful for presentations and functional. They were able to accomplish both.

We are renovating our kitchen and Mark has been the designer. He has been totally sensitive to our needs and is a perfectionist. Those are important keys to being happy with the results. I recommend Preffered kitchens to anyone considering a remodel.

They listened and they delivered. My bathroom remodel is just about complete and it has been an easy project. John gave us great guidance when asked for and the team has been respectful of me and my home. Wangen, has guided us through a major remodel with incredible professionalism, committed and talented sun-contractors and, dare I say it—fun! We are over 3/4 through construction and have had an amazing experience and the finished product promises to be exactly what we hoped for!

Everything from picking out the design and colors to hardware, and even additinal matching hardware for an item we had built later was seemless. The team at preferred kitchens takes care of their customers. I am disappointed that they have not been responsive after we parted ways with our builder. We had plans to install a bar later that was designed during our build and have asked for an updated quote so we could use them directly to complete the install.

Very pleased with result, including attention to detail and adjustments as needed along the way.
