Knutson Partners installed updated fascia and soffit trim and replaced my garage's flat roof. Communication with Chris and Lonn was always respectful, timely, and responsive! In my quest to find a company to work with I often found myself being talked down to when getting quotes - Chris was so personable and helpful in explaining the best solutions for my projects, and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. I always felt like I was getting the reasonable solution for my house issues, and never felt like I was getting "sold" on unnecessary extras. Weather and scarcity in certain supplies resulted in some delays, but they were always quick to respond with updates and offer alternate solutions. I"m so happy with the work that was completed and would not hesitate to work with them again!

The General Manager (Lonn) was very helpful, easy to work with and kept us well informed of what to expect. He was available for questions we had about our insurance claim. The work was done well and quickly. Even though we had a rain delay they worked on a Sunday to fit us in! I would highly recommend Knutson Construction!

Our home had an old, rotting, dilapidated and horbly constructed back porch. Dillon and his team of Henry, Eric, little Dillon and others whose names I've forgotten tore down the old one and constructed us an amazing new one. We love it! We'll now be able to enjoy it for years to come! Thanks you!

We had a bad hail storm with damage. We had a referral for Knutson Partners Construction. We could not be happier that we made the call. We had never had to make an insurance claim, Joe came to our house saw the damage and made the call to our insurance. Joe met the insurance inspector at our house then helped us the rest of the way. We had roof, gutters, and siding damaged. Seeing we were having all that replaced we also decided to do our windows. Everything was done from start to finish in about a month. The house looks amazing and they made it easy working with insurance as well. Thank you Chris, Joe, Eric, and Lonn.

Chris and his team were well organized, responsive, and communicated well considering the weather impacts to the schedule. The crew was efficient and did high quality work. They got entire roof done in 2 days despite some pretty ferocious storms which required stoppage of work a couple times. The foreman was wise about completing sections at a time and keeping his crew safe. They cleaned up amazingly well and the dumpster was taken away immediately the next day. Definitely recommend!

We had a hail storm come through and I contacted Knutson Partners because of a referral from our neighbor who was pleased with siding work they had done at their house. Lonn came out and gave a thorough quote for the damaged roof, windows, and downspouts. He helped us explore options and the roof was done in record time. The windows took a bit longer so that we had time to explore our options. Quality work all around! We look forward to leveraging them again - hopefully more for improvements versus damage!

I hired KPC to replace the siding on our house. We are very happy with the result as our new siding looks amazing. Chris Knutson was easy to communicate and reach throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend KPC or to hire them again myself for any future exterior needs on my home.

We had an excellent experience working with Knutson Partners Construction this past summer. We primarily worked with George over a couple projects on our house. The first project we did with them was a repair of our wood siding that George did the estimate and work for. George was personable, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns when he came out to do the estimate. He then sent us a reasonable quote for the work and did the work himself in one day. He made sure the paint he used matched the current paint on our siding and walked through the areas he repaired with us after he completed the job to make sure we were happy with the result and to see if we had any questions. After they completed that job for us, we worked with them to do new roof and gutter installations after our insurance approved our storm damage claim. George found us the exact shingle we wanted and Lonn got our roof and gutter installation scheduled much earlier than anticipated. The roofing crew was done in one day and the gutter crew also took only one day to complete their job the following week. George came by later to see if we were happy with the job and if we had any questions and to put the finishing touches on one of our downspouts and a door that he had replaced for us in between the roofing and gutter jobs. We really appreciated their expert craftsmanship and excellent customer service. You could tell they wanted to do the best thing for us and our house and to make sure we were pleased with the end result. We highly recommend working with Knutson Partners Construction on your home projects.

We had some hail damage from a storm a year ago and had Knutson Partners work on our roof and gutters. I waited a year to write my review so it better holds after testing the new roof/gutters out. :-)

We worked with Jay, who helped with the claim process and picking out what shingles to get etc. He was amazing - super helpful and very friendly and responsive. I also talked with Chris a few times and he was just as professional. Lonn was our contact for the actual work - he made sure the product was delivered in its entirety and not damaged, as well as supervising the work during and upon completion. Our roof and gutters look beautiful!

I would highly recommend this company and would be more than happy to work with them again in the future, should we need something done.

We had already received a bid from Knutson Partners Construction for siding replacement when we were hit with a hailstorm. We knew we needed a contractor to help us through the insurance process, and we immediately thought of them. I can't say enough about Matthew Hansen and how he advocated on our behalf. He made certain that the insurance company calculated everything correctly and that we got what we deserved. The vast majority of the damage was to the roof, but we went ahead with new siding and fascia as well. The crews were efficient and skilled; the site was left spotless. What more can you ask for? We're so happy with our house and would definitely work with them again!

Chris and his team worked with my insurance agency, got all the work needed approved, and provided us with great communication, service and quality work. I had an issue with a gutter being out of place and they were out the next day to make it right.
