We had wood flooring installed in our dining room October 2020 and we were very happy with the install, however, the company was unresponsive with our concerns regarding the quality of the clean, buff, and coat of the existing maple and oak floors.

The original wood floors were left in worse condition than they were prior. When we messaged they responded with “I will be out to take a look”, but never came.

We reached out the day after the work was complete and three other times and each time the response was, “I will be out this week” with no follow up from the company.

We have large streaks and a blob of the applied coating across the existing wood floors. We were hoping for at least someone to come out and explain what our options would be. This company came highly recommended and we are extremely disappointed as we paid in full and did not receive any follow up regarding our concerns.

This is the second time we’ve had wood floors installed by this company. Both experiences were great! We’re so happy with our new floors. When people come over they say things like: “wow, this is better than I was expecting.” All of our questions were answered professionally and in a friendly manner. There’s clearly a lot experience and care that goes into the install.

They installed our kitchen floor 15 years ago or so and it was fantastic. They came back and refinished it last January and did a GREAT job. We then had them install new flooring in our living room/dining room earlier this month. They did another fantastic job. They were clear in what they were going to do and did it in a minimum amount of time. We couldn't ask for a better job!!

Steve and Adam just wrapped up a new 900 Sq Ft + Maple floor installation with sanding and finishing. We could not be happier with their craftsmanship and final product. Our 1947 house had original oak under the carpet, but there was layers of gross lacquer on it, water damaged areas, and tons of nail holes.

After some looking around Adam from Great Woods quoted us a reasonable estimate, and took time to explain the process and made suggestions.

Once the process started the progress happened quickly, and they communicated and answered our questions by text which we asked for.
We knew what to expect and what the timeline was.

The were the original installer of our wonderful custom tinted wood floor in 2020. We had a water issue and had to have 1/5th of the floor replaced. Great Wood came in, worked with our schedule and got the job done, with no issues. Floor looks back to original quality, and looks and feels great. Honest job for a good honest days pay.
