Called and made a appointment for an estimate for tree removal. Set for 4/16/24 around noon. No one called or showed up.

What an amazing job they did!! Just had a tornado go through Forest Lake on Tuesday night and I had three trees down on my house and fence. They are all cut up, taken away and a wonderful clean up job! 10 STARS!!

Scheduled our tree consultation on Tuesday, 6/9/20 at 10am and had to call them as it seemed like they forgot about our scheduled appointment. They were quick to come and give us a tree consultation on the pricing to take down two pine trees and one ash tree.

Schedule was set for next Wednesday, 6/17/20 as another customer was near by. Wednesday comes by and I contacted them and was informed it will have to be pushed back because they forgot to call Gopher to come mark the grass to make sure they don't hit any pipe lines. I agreed and Gopher came and marked the grass on Friday, 6/19/20.

We were rescheduled again to Tuesday, 6/23/20 at 1pm. Within an hour of the appointment I contacted them to get an idea if they will be here on time or not so I can be home to pay them for their services. I was informed that they will have to push me back as there truck broke down and it will take longer to get into the trees and cut them down. Brenda informed me they will attempt to come on Saturday, 6/27/20. I explained that I will be out of town but if they do come by and cut down the trees to leave me an invoice to which they agreed. I come back home Sunday, 6/28/20, and the trees are still there. Monday, 6/29/20 it had rained so I waited till today to call them.

I contacted them again today (Tuesday, 6/30/20) at 8am and was informed she will call me back after she looks at her schedule. I figured she may have forgotten and called her back at 11:15am. Asking her when they would be able to come and cut down the trees. She stated they are behind in scheduling and catching up on services and if they are to come and take down the trees today that it would ruin the grass as it rained yesterday which is understandable. However, at the time I was talking to her I could tell that she was irritated and annoyed. Most likely due to the fact that I've been calling her back each time we were forgotten about our service, calling to make sure our appointment wasn't delayed again, and calling to make sure they will receive their payment once everything was completed. We asked to be removed till further notice since they are behind.

It's been 3 weeks today and our trees have not been removed. Every time we had to call Brenda to see what was going on with each appointment. We have been flexible, patient, understanding and in the end the work was not completed. I can only speak about the customer service. The fact that we had to reach out to them each time something went wrong is very unprofessional. We won't be recommending this tree service to anyone we know. Back to looking for a new tree service company as 3 weeks has been lost and was a waste of our time.

Brenda came out and knew exactly what needed to be done when I pointed out the trees that needed trimming. I had a couple of trees that had branches hanging over our house and her crew was able to access and remove without any contact with our house. Our ash tree had been struggling for sometime and she knew what to do and gave me information of who to call to have it treated. Outstanding service by entire team. It was a hot humid day but that didn't slow them down. I appreciate their hard work. Our trees look amazing. Cleanup was meticulous. They even went the extra step and cut up some of the branches for me to use as firewood!

I called, spoke with Brenda and she came right over. She gave me a fair estimate for taking down 2 trees and trimming another one. I gave her the go ahead, they were here the next day. Very quick service. They did a great job including the clean up. I highly recommend them.

We had Cameron Tree Service out this month. We had four large trees removed from the backyard after Excel came out and removed them away from the power lines. They did a phenomenal job and cleaned up everything. They were reasonable and dependable. Would highly recommend them.
