We’re very pleased with the irrigation controller that was replaced a couple of years ago and general attention given to assuring that the system runs smoothly. The weed control operation was not as we hoped it was going to be. Some may be related to the weather, however; the yard as a whole did not have a good year. The over seeding was not satisfactory at all. Large areas of the yard showed no change in new healthy grass. Your team is very responsive and we appreciate that.

Wow! That best describes the service Jason provided. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and was able to make sense of a crazy dryer vent situation and remediate it. Seeing what he was dealing with, I was surprised he was able to figure out a solution, but he was able to replace dangerous flexible vent tubing my home builder used with hard wall pipe. A lot of lint had built up and he was able to clean that all out. The dryer works so much better now! Definitely going to be signing up for annual cleaning with these guys, rather than trying to do it on my own.

My experience with Mn Dryer Vent was positive from the beginning when I first spoke to Kelly to make an appointment. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she explained the process to me. Jason was prompt, professional and a perfectionist. My dryer vent is long with many turns and its flexible vent connection was flammable! Jason replaced the connector, cleaned the dryer and the tubing. I’m very glad I called MN Dryer Vent.

EDIT: Used MN Dryer Vent again 8 months later (Jan - Aug) to completely re-route our dryer vent and install a new vent hood. Was able to come next day when I reached out. Same great work, communication, etc. Shows pictures of all work completed and you can really trust things are done right. Got rid of junky builder quality work and our roof vent hood. Even patched my old roof vent and you can't even see where it used to be!

We have been dealing with a Dryer vent that was repeatedly getting plugged (We have a long dryer vent run in our house). Jason came out, inspected our vent, suggested a repair, and cleaned our dryer, and vent. We had him perform the suggested repairs and now the new routing he recommended is working great! I live in a townhome with a very long vent that goes through the attic and out our 2nd story rooftop. Other companies that I called for a cleaning won't even do a rooftop vent. I appreciate that MN Dryer Vent is very thorough. They don't just clean the vent. They start out with an inspection. Jason made sure our brand new dryer was installed correctly, cleaned the vent, repaired the disconnect inside the attic, and installed the correct larger vent to improve efficiency. Our dryer is working awesome!
