    We hired Travis with Robinhood Electric for a kitchen project and paid in full upfront after the rough-in was completed. Unfortunately, the rest of the job kept getting rescheduled, with multiple missed appointments and no-shows. Our kitchen ended up being without power for over two weeks while we kept being told he would come out, but it just didn’t happen. At one point, we had an appointment scheduled and got a message the morning of saying he was out of office for over a week — some advance notice would have gone a long way, as we could have made other arrangements. The final straw was another no-show after that, with no response to calls. Communication became very inconsistent, and we ultimately had to request a partial refund and hire another electrician to finish the job. We understand that personal situations can come up, but the lack of follow-through and reliability made this a really frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend Travis or Robinhood Electric.
