I’ve had many inspections. Some with few pictures and little explanation. This inspection had numerous photos with explanations as well as information on all appliances and mechanical systems along with serial numbers with recall checks. The report left me with no questions. More serious issues were in the summary. Some inspectors scare clients by making huge issues of small things. I feel everything is covered correctly without trying to make a loose knob a deal breaker. I feel I got what I paid for. Everything was thoroughly inspected and this inspection has a 90 day warranty. I am always happy to recommend Echols Inspections to my family and friends.
