We pay $135 a month for landscaping and for people to clean the pool. Its nasty, green, slimy on the bottom, and has bugs floating in it. Not worth it. I wish our HOA used a better company..

We have loved working with Swim Time Pools and spa. We had a new liner installed and have had consistent filter cleaning and pool cleaning. They have been responsive and always communicate process every step of the way. Thank you for pool service every year!

Excellent cleaning service! I needed my upholstery cleaned- I had pet stains that I wasn't sure could be removed but ServiceKnights in Brandon did an outstanding job. Exceeded my expectations. My couches looked better than I ever imagined. I also liked the fact that they are local family owned and operated- licensed and insured. They are extremely professional and friendly. I will recommend them to everyone.

We had recently sold a home, they came on time, and we were late. They still came back that same day even though we were the ones who needed to reschedule! Lee has been has been doing some outstanding work for us (carpet and floor tile cleaning) at a large restaurant chain of which we have subcontracted to his company. Lee Ryals the owner of the company was able to work me into his schedule the same day I called. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. My mattress was new and had stains. He treated it with an enzyme that will remove any bacteria that has developed in my mattress.

Tristin was my service tech. He was prompt, professional, respectful of my home and did an exceptional job!! As I live in a townhouse complex, there was limited access to outside water. Although maintenance came to assist and fixed the issue, Tristin was willing to fill jugs and carry water to get the job done--talk about above and beyond customer service!!
