Not only did I call them at the last minute (Another 5-Star carpet cleaner was booked until November). They came within 24 hours and did a fantastic job. Service Knight did a fabulous job on our carpets!! Very very happy with the finished product. They were very professional and only took about 30 minutes to get the job done. I called on a Wednesday and they were out here Thursday morning. Great prices and totally worth it! Would highly recommend them.

I am the site director at Son Seekers After School and Summer Camp (reservoir location). We needed some extra TLC and deep cleaning in 5 of our classrooms that have carpet. You've got to use them! After the first technician came and didn't truly complete the job to a standard, the owner himself came and made sure to do an outstanding job on the loveseat and couch I just purchased from someone! They were so patient with me and understanding although I was not there the first or second time they came, but they were willing to work with me while my mom was at the house when they came in to work. They also offer military discounts! The couches are now pristine and I can't believe the night and day difference from when I first bought them!

Lee and his team were very thorough. He came out and discussed options with me. And he even came back after the job was complete to make sure everything was up to his standards. Great work! Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had the BEST service with ServiceKnight from the beginning! I received a convenient text with date and time and received an alert when the representative was on the way. Upon arrival the representative waited until I put up my dogs. He was very nice. My sofa looks like new! The price that is quoted doesn't increase after service. A convenient secure text is sent for payment. This company is a Gem! Definitely will be using them again! By the way, I have a a Rainbow vacuum but did not want to risk damaging my chair and ottom.

Service Knight does an AMAZING job! Lee and Tristan were very professional, prompt, efficient, courteous and addressed all of my concerns. I had 3 rooms of carpet, 2 area rugs, and my very large sectional sofa cleaned. They were able to get out all the stains from children and pets and left my house smelling so fresh.

This company does a great job. They successfully removed all stains and pet odor from our carpets. The technician was professional and took good care of the furniture that needed to be moved. A few months later, I had an issue with the seats in my vehicle. I called Lee for some guidance. Heck, he came over that evening and took care of my vehicle too!!

Much needed services. We had the carpet cleaned, tile floors and grout cleaned, wood floors buffed and the sofa cleaned. This was a great experience using ServiceKnight. They used the word service correctly. Did what they said, they were easy to communicate with, arrange a time, paying the bill, everything was smooth...absolutely no hassle!

Great service and very professional! The owner Lee always calls me to make sure we are happy with the carpet cleaning. I have referred several clients as I am a Realtor and each time they are very happy with Lee or his employees service. Lee was fantastic to work with! I needed multiple patches repaired in my carpet that were torn and he was able to fix each one to look like new! He made sure I was satisfied with his work along the way and kept me updated throughout the job. He also installed transitions where a previous contractor had done botched work. Amazing experience! From start to finish Service Knight was easy to work with. The website made it easy to set up service. Text messaging let me know the status of my appointment. Just before starting service, Lee advised me how to get the most out of my steam clean. Invoice and billing after the service was just a few easy clicks.
