The gas at our house was not working so I called Progressive. Cole came out and found that our meter was locked. It turns out my card on file with Atmos had expired and my payment didn’t get processed. Progressive didn’t charge me for the service call and I was greatly appreciative. I would recommend them to anybody.

BJ was the most honest with cost of raw materials. I was lied to time after time of calling on potential companies to resolve my commercial issue at hand. I would not trust any other company in the area.. at least one that I’ve been able to come across… Progressive is the way to go.

Called first thing in the morning to have a burst pipe from water heater repaired. Extremely fast service, the repairmen who came out were friendly and worked quickly to get us back up and running. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

Wilburn Plumbing repaired a water leak in my yard, on my side of the service meter. They returned my phone call promptly, discussed what to expect if they made the repair, and provided a general estimate of the costs. The estimate was agreeable, so I scheduled the work to performed on their next availability two days later. The service technician, Tim, called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. I greeted him and another technician, Garrett, in yard and showed them the issue. They went straight to work and made the repair in less time than was discussed. They worked by the hour and the total cost was less than the estimate. They were very polite and professional young men that did a great job. I will call Wilburn Plumbing for any future Plumbing needs.

I Had a crack in my main waterline from the well to the house. I called Wilburn plumbing one afternoon And they worked me into their busy schedule and had my waterline repaired by the next afternoon. Nathan and Jordan are a great team. They were very professional and didn’t play around. They had to dig down to the waterline to repair it And had it fixed in about an hour and a half. These guys provided fast professional service. They replaced all of our copper pipes. After dealing with a leak twice since purchasing our home in 2020 we decided to bite the bullet and replace the plumbing. They got everything done in a day and a half. Very thorough and friendly staff!
