Wilburn Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and explained the work we wanted. They asked for me to email pictures, which I did on 6/21. Twelve days later, I still had no response and sent a follow-up email on 7/3. On 7/8, I called to get the status of our request. The person with whom I spoke was not familiar with my request and then asked if I was calling to schedule something. I again explained I was waiting on their response to my request. I then decided to stop trying to work with them since they did not seem interested in working with me. The lack of any response from them after two weeks indicates to me that customer service is not a priority. Perhaps they may do excellent work but they must be so busy that they are not interested in new customers.

The front office was super helpful; she gave me an idea of what to expect on the day of my scheduled repair. She was very knowledgeable and was able to coach me through what we needed to have done to complete the requested repairs.

On the day of the appointment, the technician, Tim, called 30mins before arriving. He was on time and made quick, yet professional, work of the two repairs. He was also very helpful and took the time to show me how to use the gas fireplace.

Overall this company went above and beyond. I highly recommend Wilburn Plumbing. More importantly, I’m thankful we found a great plumber for all our future needs.

This is the only plumbing company we call. Recently they've repaired a water line leak in our yard, and unclogged our main sewer line. I can be pretty picky, these guys are top notch. They had to pull my toilet to replace a wax ring, they did a perfect job putting it back. I was blown away they actually recalked around the base, perfect. This is the attention to detail that makes them stand out above the rest. We use them, and also my family have used them. My wife even commenting how super nice both crews that have come to house were and explained everything they were doing.

Our toilet fill valve sprung a leak and was spraying water everywhere. The Wilburn Plumbing team was highly responsive and the two men that arrived to fix our problem were courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! The job was fixed right the first time, and we'll call them again if needed. Thank you!

I called on Tuesday of Christmas week during regular hours and received the answering message which indicated they were on another line and would call me back if I left a message. I did, and received no return call. Disappointing. I understand they may have been closed this week but if that was the case, please change your message. Don't know if that was the case, but if it was, then I could have called another company and had my problem solved. Now it is Christmas Eve, still have the issue, and businesses are closed for Christmas.
