Horrible I build homes and reoair homes in Atlanta Ga. Im here in Jackson...Ms remodeling a few homes...i was going to ourchase some kitchen cabinetry off the shelf. Home depot has a computer program That once the wall space demension are pluged into the program..you then can plug in cabinets offthe shelf OR custom made.. I was purchasing off tbe shelf cabinets Timothy the manager of tbe store would not allow his employee to access the program...unless they measured the walls themselves which would mean a home depot emplyoee subcontractor going to my home to measuring (we are talking a day to three days lag time.. im on a schedule..i build for aliving..im far from a typical home owner i spend in acess of 10k amonth at home depot.. yet i was treated like an idiot told no i cant do this and we cant do that. Here i am trying to spend 5k and there putti g a road block between me the computer program that plugs in the demensions on the wall and gives you a print out of what they will look like... Usually i would expect better service and exceptions for general contractors that spend thousands daily pushing the bottom line upward for home depot.. Timothy. Didnt want my 5k... Or my future business... A lowes home improvement is 5 miles closer...i guess i will be saving time money and frustration...
Awful.. Every excuse under the sun. Mr Coleman your store is the pits. I buy a hot water heater and pay for installation and then the excuse after excuse starts. Its under 22 miles paper work says less than 30 from Store.. Sub contractor says its 50 ? Save your effort and money and go to Lowe's..
