We are Edward and Valerie Washington. The Colemans replaced/installed the inside A/C hardware for us. They also fixed the previous technician's outside wiring and put the outside hardware on the concrete pad correctly. This has been an eyesore for over a year. We were very pleased with the end result. They also washed and cleaned up the debris clogging the outside hardware. A few weeks ago the Colemans came back to ensure we were ready for Winter switching from cold to heat. This week leading into Christmas will be 19 degrees. We are confident that our home is ready, thanks to the Colemans. If you are concerned about your HVAC system definitely give them a call. Colemans is a local family owned business. Let them take care of yours. Thanks again!!!

I am giving a good review based on their communication and response time which was excellent. Just an FYI charges a diagnostic fee ($75) on top of the repair cost (labor and parts). They dont upsell the price on parts so you are getting that at cost. Thanks and I will be using them again.

The Coleman's was heaven sent! Nice family business who were very friendly and knowledgeable at what they do! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Contacted them on a Monday about a fridge that wasn't cooling. They told me they would put me on the schedule for 2pm on Wednesday of that same week. 2:15pm that Wednesday, no one had showed up and no one had contacted me. 2:30pm, I contacted them. Got voicemail. Phone call was never returned. I would never even consider contacting them again.

We were first introduced to Coleman AC & Heating when we need a unit replaced at our commercial property. Shortly after, we had a problem come up at our home after our home warranty expired and it was the same issue we’d called in a claim on a few months prior. April was able to explain to us how something had been installed incorrectly (verified by a second opinion) and they rectified the issue and got us up and running in record time! A year later, our other unit went out and they replaced that while we were out of town. It gives us such peace of mind to have a company that we can trust to not only provide quality service but also so quickly! And during these Mississippi summers, I appreciate that so much! We are customers for life!

Don’t use this company, totally ripoff company, have no ideas where they got all these good reviews from. They just want to make the service fee $65, they want to charged me $22 for the service I never received. Ridiculous! Ok, then I got the phone call from the owner to harassing me about the bad reviews, now I know why they have the good reviews because they will file the police report or take you to the court if you leave the bad review of this company. I had total 10 calls from them , they threaten me they will take the action if I don’t take the reviews off the site. Whats wrong with people now days? You don’t get paid until you do the job. Not just for set up the appointment and charges people for money.

Now after the many phone harassment from the owner, I got the response here. Now he report to the google not sent me to the court, I do have the phone record and conversation, this is not acceptable to harassing people for leave the honest reviews. We live in a free speech country. What’s right is right and whTs wrong is wrong, by harassing or threatening people about the reviews is so wrong.

Coleman's was the best experience I have ever had with a repair company. They were on-time, professional, and VERY thorough. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. I strongly recommend their services!

This company is THE best In appliance repair. I called them thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new dryer. They came out, fixed the problem and completed the job quickly. Not only were they on time for the appt, they actually came early. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get my dryer fixed. I will definitely call them again for any ac/heating/appliance repairs needed.

Aprill and Richard are excellent - professional, friendly, and competent. They set an appointment time frame, texted me when they were on their way and had my receipt emailed to me before they left the house. It was a quick repair and it was a pleasure to meet them. I am send this review per the instructions of my sister. Coleman A/C repaired the washer and dryer via AHS. They were on time, made the repairs quickly and they cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Coleman’s since I’m having issues with a recently installed, brand new water heater purchased from and installed by another company.
Truthfully, I feel taken advantage of by that company, like they just wanted to make a sale, neglecting to properly inspect and diagnose my prior unit.
The issues I was having previously have returned.
I’m very frustrated and don’t want to deal with them again. I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, “This heater is bad. This is not a good brand,” despite my previous heater being only 4 years old.

I contacted Coleman’s A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I’m describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed.
I expected to hear back from Coleman’s within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly.
The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again.

It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I’m still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I’d rather cut my losses and allow Coleman’s to care for my unit.
But I appreciate Coleman’s not taking advantage of my situation by suggesting I allow the initial company to make things right.

I will follow Coleman’s advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I’ll call Coleman’s out to fix my heater.

Richard and April are the BEST A/C pros in Jackson. Trust me, I've worked with a bunch of them. They gave me a fair estimate, were easy to work with and communicated very well. If I ever have another issue, I know exactly who to call.

Had bad wiring flaw with Whirlpool side by side, ice maker did not work, because wires were cut. They came out, spliced all the wires and the ice maker now works. Cleaned up everything. Great team, thank you.

I am very impressed with this business!! Richard and April were very professional, courteous, and informative from the moment I made my appointment through fixing my dryer. They made an appointment for me same day, promptly arrived at my house, and were willing to explain everything as they were working. They went above and beyond with my service, and not only replaced my heating element, but also took the time to clean all of the lint that had collected in my dryer. Richard took the time to even tell me about preventative maintenance on all of my other appliances. I will only be using their services from now on. Highly recommend them!

The Coleman's team is very professional, reliable, dependable and most importantly very knowledgeable. It was a breath of fresh air to have their team to come out and take care of us. They were very informative and made sure we understood what was needed to be done to remedy our issue and bring our unit up to code. They also cared enough to vacuum the dust that had accumulated around our inside unit. Much appreciated and very satisfied!!
