Dickerson Contracting just finished putting a new roof on my home. They came highly recommended by people in my neighborhood that I am familiar with. Josh Polk was their guy in charge of my roof project. He met with an adjuster from my insurance company, and helped me through the entire process. These people do great work, and are very professional. They also do a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. I will without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company. I highly recommend using Dickerson Contracting if you have a roof issue. I was worried about the hassle of dealing with my insurance company, paying a lot out of pocket, and not getting quality work, but Jordan Womack at Dickerson took care of it all. He was referred by a neighbor who used him and from the minute he showed up to do an inspection I knew I made the right choice.
He didn't make any promises about getting a claim approved, but said he would work through the process with me. When his estimate came in above the insurance offer, he walked me through the negotiations to get the quality work I needed. I had my roof replaced, copper dormers replaced, and some interior drywall and ceiling work done under my insurance claim. He was also able to arrange for additional work to be done (repairing rotted soffits and re-smearing and painting stucco dormers).
I can't stress enough how important it is to use someone who prides themselves on service and quality of work. So one more time, call Jordan Womack at Dickerson Contracting.

Toby, Sales Rep., started the whole process by proactively stopping by my home to inspect the roof. Toby kept me informed of each step involved to complete this job ( Insurance end plus completion of the roof install).

Jordan Womack and the team at Dickerson Contracting in Ridgeland, MS did an outstanding job putting a new roof on my home, replacing fascia boards, and installing a custom copper chimney cap.

The entire process was smooth and professional. Jordan communicated clearly, kept everything on schedule, and delivered high-quality work from start to finish. The roof looks fantastic, the fascia work gave the house a crisp, clean look, and the copper chimney cap is a real standout—both functional and beautiful.

Their attention to detail and respect for the property were top-notch. Cleanup was thorough, and it was clear they take pride in their work.

I had a great experience with Dickerson when they replaced my roof in 2018. Great work, great service, great communication. Now, 8 years later, I asked for their help in replacing a few shingles that had come loose on the eaves. Their response was everything you could hope for -- courteous, timely, done. They were out here within a week with no reminders. No push-back, no stalling -- just their usual "we'll take care of it" attitude and a job well done. Absolutely recommended!

Reached out to Servicemaster to have my HVAC system cleaned along with the ducting for my home….the guys were very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of cleaning the system and duct work! Highly recommend these guys!

We had extensive water damage due to a leak originating on the second floor and moving down to the first floor of our home. We immediately contacted ServiceMaster and within hours, they arrived at our home and had a water mitigation plan in place before they left.

We were so impressed with the service and efficiency of ServiceMaster. We had a water leak in our basement, and they were at our house within 30 minutes! They were in constant communication with us, and we always knew what was going on with our project. We will be using them again, and I will happily suggest them to all my friends and family.

Grant and his team were so thorough and even helped me with my insurance after they were finished and paid. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and my home was well taken care of.

We arrived at church and found a leaking water pipe had soaked a large area of our church. Hunter with ServiceMaster answered our call for help on Sunday morning and promptly had a group of technicians and equipment onsite to access the situation and begin the water removal and cleanup. Ethan and the crew checked for moisture, removed the baseboards, and drilled holes as needed to gain access to some of the wet areas. Ethan sketched out a floor plan and measured the affected areas. They vacuumed up the water from the tile floors and extracted water from the carpeted areas. Many high speed fans and dehumidifiers were setup throughout the affected areas to accelerate the removal of the remaining moisture. Colton and Ethan, as well as many others, monitored the progress over the next several days and stayed in touch. As soon as they had an idea and scope of work that was needed, Hunter provided us with a detailed estimate. The primary water removal process was complete on Friday. The ServiceMaster crew removed their high speed fans and dehumidification equipment and cleaned up before they left. They came back a few days afterward and cleaned the carpet. ServiceMaster was very courteous, very professional, and coordinated this cleanup and restoration with our insurance company. If we had questions, they were always just a phone call away. We are very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend ServiceMaster for your water damage, cleanup, restoration, and carpet cleaning needs. Thanks, Joey Bullock

We had Service Master come in and clean the carpets, tile and wax the LVL at our church. They did a great job. The service guys were all nice, friendly, and respectful. We will be using them in the future.

They did 3 room carpet cleaning and the carpet was pretty bad. They cleaned these carpets soooo good. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10
