I had issues with mold in my house. ServiceMaster sent their men to scope the job. The men that worked the job were very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. They took care of the problem in a very timely manner. I would definitely call them again and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

On a Sunday morning I stepped in water on my bedroom floor. The water was the result of a clogged AC drain. The water ran inside the wall on to the hardwood floor in the bedroom and the wall and floor of the adjacent laundry room.
After my call to ServiceMaster Restoration a team arrived within the hour and assess the problem. They identified the cause and immediately began work to dry walls and flooring. They placed fans in both the bedroom and laundry room. Since they identified the clogged drain, I was able to call a plumber to clear the drain and stop the water that day.
A team returned on Monday morning bringing additional fans. They monitored the floor and walls for the next several days. My insurance adjuster commented that their quick response saved the cabinets and wall in the laundry room. The wall in the bedroom dried out completely but the hardwood floor did not survive.
The Service Master team was very professional. They arrived quickly and immediately began to address the problem. Over the next several days they notified me when they were coming by to check the fans and gave me updates on the progress. Since this was a new situation for me they did a great job of guiding me through the process.
I appreciate their service and would highly recommend them if this happens to you.

A line to my hot water heater burst in the attic and sent water into the first floor and into the closet beside the attic. When our power was restored, ServiceMaster Restoration came immediately and put dehumidifiers and fans in the affected areas to dry the moisture. We are so grateful for their speedy response and attention to detail.

I was in need of my electricity to be hooked up as a project was being done by FPL. The supervisor Liandro Diaz assisted me with the process to make it easy and professional. My rural street's electrical service was damaged by 80 mph winds this past weekend. Our small street had extensive damage that affected only about 10 homes. Because of this, we expected to be at the bottom of the priority list. Southern Electric showed up with a TON of trucks/ workers and got our power back on an hour earlier than Entergy estimated. We are very thankful for their hard work!!!
