My house looks soooo good after being cleaned by The Maids Team Winter! My bathrooms sparkle, the floors are clean, the kitchen counters are gleaming, the furniture was polished, and even the ceiling fans and baseboards got a good dusting. Excellent work, ladies! Thank you!

The guy who facilitates the bookings was very pleasant and was honestly the best part of the entire experience. Unfortunately, I booked a same day service with the business and was thrilled that they had availability. The quote was pricey and didn’t include dishes but I was willing to pay the estimated 190-260. The cleaners arrived after finding parking and apparently were very rude to my security who called me to come down. I missed the call while I was in the elevator, but was coming down to the lobby to let them upstairs in my building, the ladies decided to just leave. I saw them outside on the street and waved them down while I was on the phone with the guy who does the bookings. The ladies simply continued to load their cars, ignored me, and left. I was not serviced and at 3pm in the afternoon can’t locate another same day cleaning service. It clear that the cleaners have major control over the people in the office, as the people I spoke with on the phone said themselves that it wasn’t okay for them to just leave. VERY DISAPPOINTED in how this was handled and can’t fathom a company allowing their employees to ditch a job when they’re already there. My apt has a very nice lobby for the ladies to wait in until I arrived downstairs, but it’s clear that they didn’t want to work in the first place.

I wouldn’t DARE recommend the maids service. They charge you to much money to and half clean . The MAIDS doesn’t even stay in your house the estimated time. I will not be requesting them to come back to my house AGAIN . I will recommend any other cleaning service. I asked for a deep clean and I definitely didn’t get that . I could have cleaned my house myself.

They cleaned my commercial kitchen and office and it was spotless when they left. They did an awesome job. I will definitely be calling Hanna and her team back out!

The Team Summer, led by Hanna and included Deidra and Loretta are absolutely awesome. They did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, all were so pleasant and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I would love to have them again. They are really good!

I was so pleased with The Maids service I recently received!! The ladies were professional, efficient, hardworking, and so sweet!! Everything was spotless and they were such a pleasure to work with! Due to medical issues I had not been able to clean so their service was a true blessing. It felt like Christmas came early. I will be signing up for regular service and I highly recommend The Maids!!!

Thorough! My floors sparkle and the dust has been banished to never-never land. Team ‘Christmas’ members Hanna, Amanda, and Naisha did an amazing job. My living/kitchen area looks brand new. On time, worked nonstop and I am very happy.

Amazing cleaners! Kelly and the yellow team cleaned my home thoroughly and efficiently. They worked well as a team and completed all of my many detailed tasks. As someone who deals with cleanliness OcD, I felt like I could trust this team to do a good job and allowed me to relieve some stress. They even mopped themselves out so as not to step on the clean floors! Amazing job, amazing crew. Thank you ladies!

Do not use this cleaning service unless you want to pay money for nothing. They quoted me 282.00 to 302.00 and I was charged 350.00. They did a terrible job. My sisters and I had to go back in and clean it after they left. I can't even explain how bad of a job they did. Won't use them again and will tell everyone I know.

The Winter cleaning team is amazing and did an absolute wonderful job. They’re very polite and hospitable. My mother’s house was amazing. Their names were Shanika Latasha April and Aleisha . Can’t wait to see those ladies again

Hanna and her team did a first time deep cleaning of my house and the results were beyond my expectations. The house was immaculate and smelled divine. I highly recommend The Maids and will be continuing regularly scheduled cleanings with them. 😊

I didn’t see deep cleaning was different than a normal clean for the price I paid. No bags were put in trash cans

I strongly DO NOT recommend this cleaning service. We were told the process would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. The cleaners were done in an 1 1/2 hours. Cleaned the window seals and left all the gunk on the floor below the window. Dust was still on the cabinet doors. They broke a window blind. Co. did reimburse me. I called the manager (Jeff) and told him how disappointed we were. He offered the cleaners to come back out but the original cleaning was so bad, we declined. Overall very disappointed with this company.
Again, Do not use this company.

I have had a wonderful experience with both the Winter team and today the Christmas team. With having a two year old and a new baby, this service is invaluable. I love coming home to a clean environment after The Maids have stopped by. I also love that if you aren’t satisfied, they send a team back to clean again. Thank you Maids!

I scheduled cleaning service for 5 rooms which comprised of 3 bathrooms 1 bedroom and the kitchen. While I was given a quote of $240-270 I was charged $325. The crew informed me that it may take longer then 2:30 hrs to finish (after they had already worked about 1hr) I asked to not go past the time agreed. I had an appointment therefore has to leave them with my daughter. I came back to find a bill of $325 that was charged, the floors looked worse then when they came to clean, before I left one of the crew focused more on arranging my daughters play area that is in a corner of her room. The bathrooms (master bathroom excludes) are pretty small. I clean the 4 bathrooms in about an hour or so. They left not finishing the job. I called the business. While the man I spoke with was professional and offered a reclean which I accepted and appreciated he informed me that the cleaning manager would contact me which she did. However made excuses and stated that a reclean would not be possible bcs she was told that the crew informed her that they had a lot to pick up which is inaccurate (one of the kids did have toys in her play corner) however the team of 3 could have better organized and tackled the bathrooms first which would have enabled them to complete the cleaning. While she stated that she would call back as of this date she had not. They did not fulfill what I was offered as a re clean. I would have appreciated to just have the floor swept and mopped as should have been done. Extremely disappointed and will never use their service again.

We hired the Maids to come and do a deep clean on our home. To clean base boards, the fronts of cabinets, ceiling fans, ect. I was really disappointed for the price they charged us. So I called the spoke to Jeff and they scheduled the about how things were left.
He had them come out again to try it again.
I felt like I had waisted my money.
