Brad and Tyreik did an excellent job installing our Ac unit at The Motleys Resident. They were very professional and nice and respectful and represented the company very well. They explained everything about the unit as well and I was very pleased.

Wish I could give 10 stars...these guys work as a team and recently replaced a 21 year old unit for us. Terry, Jr. explained our options after the initial service call and what we could expect from our new unit upon installation. The installation was performed timely and the guys were professional and exhibited a steady work ethic. We appreciate Channell's service for our heating and cooling needs through the years!

Highly recommended, great communication and arrived quickly to check out my system. I really love the fact that they shoot it straight and not every service call is about replacing the system. As a lot of people know it’s hard to find a good ax service company you can trust. I Signed up for the monthly plan and will be a customer for life.

I have to say, Duke was one of the nicest guys anyone could ever meet!! He was so helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable in his inspection and explanation to us about our A/C system. When and if we decide to use these services, we would want ONLY him to do our job.

Called in late afternoon with ac issues. The next morning Sam came out and diagnosed issues. He helped me determine which unit fit my needs. That same day at noon, Dustin arrived and installed new system. Everything performed with excellent work. Inside house and yard cleaned up and waste removed. Unit looks great as well. Excellent service from the beginning to end. Thank you all.

October 17, 2025 I called Channell Heating and Cooling around 10am hoping they would have an opening for me the same day and was asking could they come after 3pm. The woman on the phone was very polite and she said someone woukd be there between 3:30 - 5:30. Brad Syms called around 3 and said he would be here in 20 minutes and he was. He came in I told him the problem i was having and he got to work. Giving me knowledgeable information about my unit. He told me what I needed and what I needed to do. Thank you so much Mr. Syms.

Evan and co-worker determined issue quite quickly. Made repair and cleaned up debris before leaving. Easy to communicate with and courteous.

Cost of service included in the maintenance plan. Brad did a great job of explaining what is covered and what recommendations he has for improvements. Was able to replace a part still covered by warranty
