On Tuesday August 13, 2024, Dustin and his crew came out to tidy up something the Inspector found during his inspection of my HVAC system. Dustin and his crew were very professional and finished the job in about 20 mins. Being that the job was in the Attic, I cannot rate them on what they did. If I could see some after pics, it would help. Inspector Layne did share some before pics. Although I can say that if this job is an indication of how they were with the install, I trust they did a superb job. Again, thanks for your Service.

On Tuesday 1/7/2025 Sam came out to check out a heating issue with my HVAC system. Sam diagnosed the problem immediately. It was something he could not take care of right then and there, because he had to order a part, but assured me that he or someone from the company would have it repaired this week.

On today December 8, 2025, Evan came out to perform the fall scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. He was courteous and very Professional in his call to duty. I had additional questions regarding the operation of my Hvac/heating. He understood my concern and checked the issue I was having , and offered a couple of options, which I accepted one. It will be taken care of soon.

I called and they got to me asap Gage was very thorough and knowledgeable. He came back out to turn our breakers back on cause he forgot and wanted to make sure we had some heat. I highly recommend him and the company.

Billy Hayman did a great job, worked hard and made sure I was satisfied with the end results. He took the time to explain everything to me and I greatly appreciated it. I would definitely use Channell Heating and Cooling again.(They replaced the Plenums and insulation inside).

The you men came in and were pleasant. They got to work on the task at hand. The task was to fix the leak that was caused my the manufacturing of the drip pan that is designed for my unit. They replaced the colors and drip pan. We discussed the cause. It was stated to be a possible manufacturer defect as the pan is slightly to small for the coils. It is my believe that this is where the leakage and damage to the plywood has occured. I will speak with the manager/owner about that.

However, thanks Dustin for a job well done. Hopefully the problem has been resolved.

So professional! Made an appointment for a Tune-Up and they sent someone the very next day! Chris is the best- he answered all of my MANY questions I had and he patiently explained everything in lamen's terms for me. Bless him! I'll be replacing my poor 30yo system with them shortly- I don't even want to get quoted anywhere else because I'm sold on their hospitality and competence!
