8 months ago I gave a well deserved 5 star review. However, now Josh has completely ghosted me. I have been requesting all season to get my flowerbeds done. I have called and/or texted him multiple times since April. It is now August and have had no response at all. He will not answer, but he comes every 14 days when no one is home, cuts, edges, etc (that is a good job) and bills me for it. But when I ask about flower beds no answer from any line. I will check back with a new review in a week. The number of stars will reflect if he becomes responsive.

I rarely see a weed in my yard year round and their customer service is great! I highly recommend.

I watched the Tech not spray the entire yard as he chose not to go in to fence line. He was also asked to spot spray and apparently they don’t do that when asked. Please watch them as what I’ve found is that because most of these companies operate when we aren’t home they will not do as advertised and will do the very minimum and bill you for the maximum. When I called they just told me they would cancel my service and made no offer to come back and do as previously promised.
