Customer service is horrible. They are rude. I have never done business with anyone that has no regard for the customer. I would never recommend you use this service place. This place does not deserve any star but I could not post this review without selecting one.

Dishonest, unreliable and don't keep scheduled appointments. No show on two different occasions with no communication that they would not be there. Never use this company! They are horrible!

Had a service schedualed with them and they couldnt even bother calling me or the company i bought my appliance with to let us know they dont service that product anymore. Plus if they fixed it right the first time we wouldnt be here.
